"But Sir! what about your wife?" Katherine asked knowing very well that Rena didn't like her one bit.
If her boys were to suddenly start staying at her house, she would get the wrong idea and it could cause trouble.
Hearing that, Mike said, "What about her? There is nothing to be worried about Katherine. Rena can't do anything and it's not like she is always around to make a fuss, she is either in a shooting or in another country so there is nothing to be worried about."
"Having the boys over would make annabella less lonely and it could make things for you easier so please don't refuse me." Mike said sincerely and hearing that, Katherine had no other choice but to comply.
After the long drive to Katherine's house, they finally got there and with that, Katherine said, "Ok than, I guess we are home. I'll wake the boys and head oj inside."
Katherine said as she was about to come out and seeing that, Mike said, "No! don't wake them up, they seem tired. I'll carry them inside."
