"Of course! We wanted to meet you because we are your number one fans!" The boy enthusiastically said which left Irene kind of nervous.
The soles of Irene's feet and the palms of her hand has turned cold the longer she stays with the boys. These boys are obviously her avid fans. As much as Irene wants to entertain them, her heart is beating so fast.
Irene then tried to ask them something, "I am very tired. I think I that I need to go home now. Can I call someone?" She said and hoped that they will allow her to go. Irene tried to sound as casual as she could in order not to make them think that they are making her uncomfortable.
Fortunately, the boys allowed Irene to make a phone call without hesitations. To her, they are just her avid fans who meant no harm to her. She immediately called Valerie.
Frustrations and worry is evident in her voice as Valerie asks as soon as Irene introduces herself after calling using an unknown number.
