"You probably should go to Amiel because I think these two have a problem," Valerie secretly whispered to her husband Lucas while the two of them are in the kitchen while Irene is at the living room wrapping her arms around herself with a droopy body.
Lucas nodded her head as an obedient husband and went on to grab his wallet, keys, and jacket because it is very cold outside. Soon thereafter, it was only Valerie and Irene in their condominium unit.
The two closest cousins sat next to each other for the remaining minutes as they sip a glass of wine each. It was already night time, they can see the beautiful night lights from the neighboring buildings.
Valerie pouted her lips and curiously raised her eyebrows as she glanced at Irene who is staring into nothing.
"What happened?" Valerie asks. In response, Irene slowly turns her head at her, "We fought, Amiel and I fought." She said and gulped down the remaining amount of wine in her glass.
