Chapter 20 - Which Is Actually....

The next day

Wijaya Group

In his chair, Gavriel did his homework by occasionally answering questions and also asking questions back to Aksa, who was standing with a tab in his hand reading the Boss' schedule, also where they were going today.

The schedule has been rearranged by Aksa, but for some reason Gavriel feels that it is the same and nothing has changed.

Damn it! Why do I only have an hour to bother her, Gavriel grumbled to himself.

Today as planned, there will be a meeting this morning with someone who requested a meeting yesterday and then he has an hour to do a suit fitting at his best friend's boutique.

"About fifteen minutes, I should have arrived, I told you, if there is a delay of even a fraction of a second, the meeting will be canceled," Aksa explained when Gavriel asked exactly what time the meeting was with that person

.

"Hn. I still have work, you meet him first, after I'm done I'll be there," said Gavriel without looking at Aksa who nodded understandingly.

"Okay, Boss."

Then the atmosphere was quiet, only the sound of the keyboard typing when both were busy with their respective jobs. Gavriel is busy with evaluating building designs from his design team and Aksa is busy with moving many of his boss's meeting schedules.

"Aksa," Gavriel still focused on his computer screen, while Aksa lifted his face and looked at Gavriel with a normal look.

"Yes, Boss?" said Aksa, keeping the tab and listening well.

"Gross and net profit for the client's revenue and construction costs in city B. Has it been confirmed?" Gavriel asked Aksa who immediately checked the copy of the document in his tab and e-mailed it to his boss.

"I've just sent the report, you can check the email, then for the raw materials they have also agreed to be ready when the time comes," Aksa replied and explained in detail, making Gavriel nod in understanding.

"Then the cash flow for last year, has Mr. Wijaya checked?"

Gavriel asked again, even though his focus was still on the computer screen, but he was able to hear clearly, but also remained focused on the explanation given by Aksa.

"Yes, boss. The net income has been checked by Mr. Wijaya," answered Aksa quickly.

"Hn."

It wasn't long before Gavriel's phone rang on Gavriel's desk, with Aksa picking it up immediately, while Gavriel returned with his focus undisturbed by Aksa and his conversation.

"Hm, show them the room, I'm there," Aksa ordered, then hung up the call and stood up straight in front of his boss's desk.

"They have come, boss," said Aksa, to which Gavriel nodded his head understandingly.

"Hn. You can meet them, explain the details. I'll be there when I'm done with my work," Gavriel ordered.

"Fine, I'll excuse myself."

Aksa left Gavriel in his room alone, and walked towards the meeting room where someone was already waiting there.

While Aksa is meeting her guest, Gavriel is in a race against time to make his one hour at his best friend's boutique even more than a minute, he quickly evaluates all incoming reports, but stays focused and accurate and finally finishes.

Quickly saving the final result on the sd card and keeping it on his watch, Gavriel stood up from his seat and straightened coat and then exited his room, walking with wide strides towards the meeting room downstairs.

Ding!

The spacious meeting room belonging to the Wijaya branch company was only filled with three men, two of the three were busy reading the agreement paper, while waiting for their big boss, the boss who would become the new boss of these two people.

In fact, one of these two people was also a boss, but because now the company has been taken over in someone's name, someone who used to be the boss or owner of this company must be willing to change positions, to become managing manager under the leadership of the new owner.

There is nothing to lose, actually, when in fact the main owner has also felt that the previous company could not be helped. Instead, he felt that even if he accepted this assignment, his position would still be like the owner's but his name was no longer on the ownership paper.

Indeed, there was anger in his heart, when he felt that something strange had happened to him suddenly, especially since he had started this business from the bottom for a long time but was destroyed in just one night. But he also feels that if it's not entirely the investor's fault, he himself is not sure if what he is doing will work or not.

It could be said that his last attempt yesterday was only one of his evasions, when the real destruction was in front of him.

Not long after, there was the sound of a door opening with a man dressed in impeccably neat clothes, staring at the three of them flatly and walking with apparent dignity. Made the three of them stand up immediately, also bowed their bodies as a salute.

"Good morning, sir," the two guests greeted in unison.

"Hn."

Gavriel sat down and was followed by two guests while Aksa stood beside Gavriel, who stared blankly at the two people in front of him, as Aksa whispered about what he had done.

"Hn, I understand," muttered Gavriel, after Aksa finished with her whispering explanation.

After that, Gavriel sat with his back leaning and nodded his head for a moment, only then looked back at the two guests who were owners of the Raya Utama property company.

"So, is everything clear or is there still something to ask?" said Gavriel, still staring blankly at the original owner of the company that Gavriel had acquired. However, Gavriel still appointed the original owner as manager, while he himself was only monitoring from above and would intervene only if there was an emergency.

"No, sir. I've been clear as well as grateful for your help, so-

"That's not how to say thank you,Sir Ferdy. But the performance and development of the company is clear evidence of that gratitude," interrupted Gavriel quickly and of course in a flat tone, making Ferdy who heard his words being interrupted like that, afraid.

"I understand, sir," said Ferdy after understanding what he wanted from The boss.

"Hn, then for the plan you've drawn up, you may continue. Can this be understood?" asked Gavriel when he previously checked Ferdy's last but not yet realized step regarding marketing his property using his friend's photoshop services.

"Sure, sir. We will come back and sign the cooperation again, for a property photo shoot," explained Ferdy immediately.

"Hn. Looks like it's finished, then I'll leave the rest to Aksa. So Aksa, until lunchtime is over, I'll be there," said Gavriel, standing up from his seat and leaving after feeling that his business was done.

"Okay, I understand, Boss."

Slam!

"Mr. Aksa," called Ferdy hesitantly, making Aksa who was watching Gavriel's departure and now his gaze look at Ferdy.

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"That, actually, what does Miss Wardhana have to do with Mr. Gavriel? I feel that at that time, Mr. Gavriel seemed angry with me?" asked Ferdy afraid, he watched with an awkward smile when Aksa smiled faintly at him.

"Miss Wardhana? Hum...."

The answer hanging from Aksa made Ferdy and one of his colleagues wait with an expression, curious face, made Aksa snort in his heart when he felt that Ferdy was too curious about what had happened to his boss.

"I don't know, you can ask the person," Aksa continued after a long time, making these two people annoyed but neither of them showed it.

"Besides, you have to know and do only one thing, namely silence, if you see or hear anything that is happening with the Boss's personal business. Can you guys do it?" said Aksa warning in a firm tone, so that both of them become obedient subordinates and don't talk much.

"Sorry for my impudence, Mr. Aksa," said Ferdy quickly, reaping a nod of the head from Aksa who then put on a friendly face again.

"Is okay, Mr. Gavriel prefers with subordinates proving performance through actions, not verbally. Please remember what I said earlier and he is also very generous with someone who is very dedicated to the company. So welcome to Archie Investment, Mr. Ferdy."

"Thank you, Mr. Aksa," said Ferdy, shaking Aksa's hand immediately and then together from the meeting room, returned to his office to continue the work plan with the new team that had been prepared by Gavriel.

The company name, which was originally Raya Utama, is still Raya Utama but is under the auspices of Archie Investment owned by Gavriel Dira Arya Wijaya.
