"What's this?" Lu Zhanyu asked, eyeing the object in Susu's hand with curiosity.
"It's a Baoding ball, for practicing hand coordination!"
Susu explained while demonstrating how to use it to Lu Zhanyu.
Unfortunately, her skills were not yet perfected; the glass ball had hardly rolled onto the back of her hand when it slipped off and fell to the floor, landing heavily on the marble tiles.
Luckily, both the glass ball and the marble were of good quality, so neither was "casualty."
Susu picked up the ball and said to Lu Zhanyu with an embarrassed face, "I just started learning today and haven't quite got the hang of it, but Teacher Ming said practicing with this could make my hands more nimble and help me learn to control them. I'll become more impressive!"
"Susu is already impressive," Lu Zhanyu praised.
"Right? I think I'm pretty great too!" Susu grinned.
Lu Zhanyu was charmed by Susu's smile and found himself smiling along.
