The Quantum Physics Symposium hosted by Jiangzhou University was a private, academic exchange conference. When located within the domestic academic circles, it was quite ordinary and it was hard to say how influential it was.
In the domestic field of physics, and even in the specific field of quantum physics, the influence of such conference could not achieve a first-class standard, since only a few top physicists attend. The participants are usually ordinary physics researchers, and thus it can be described as 'regional' academic exchange.
This is what the Quantum Physics Symposium was setup to be. The admission threshold was naturally not too high; anyone with a Master's degree in mathematics or Physics, or those who had published papers on quantum physics, could apply freely for participation. However, despite the low entrance threshold, not many people came to attend.
