Piercing pain had woken her upduring the night and Louisa had to moan and held her monstrous stomach helplessly. it was so painful she could barely take a full inhale without wincing. Louisa rolled on the cold floor, pain radiating throughout her body while her toes cringed in a bit to loosene some of the pain. She assumed the windy night was the cause of her pain as she had experienced this same kind of pain a couple of nights ago when it had rained heavily.
It did smell like rain. Louisa could hear the thrashing of leaves and branches as wind blew every and which way powerfully. Her hand went to her swollen abdomen, holding it, sometimes, tapping it as though giving it a signal to stop hurting.
