the sound of clapping, laughing and celebrating ran through the building....
tens of noise echoed in the alcohol smelling atmosphere....
the elf bard playing on his beloved instrument, the vixen foxes flirt with the tough adventurers, and the occasional drunk fights filled the place with joy
the beautiful waitresses carrying the ordered delicacies with a happy smiles casts on their faces...
all that and more is seen happening every night in the most famous inn in the dungeon city
"hostess of fertility..." Hohenheim looked at the sign next to door and smiled wryly, "I didn't expect it to be this... lively..." he shake his head in amusement and looked to short drooling figure next to him
"wait to try their food and alcohol! hohe-kun!" the short girl aka Hestia said in glee tone, the pair walked together for awhile through the city and reach at the inn/bar/restaurant, "aren't you too excited, goddess?" due to the more than foot height difference, Hohenheim had the urge to pat the goddess next to him, yet didn't as she doesn't like to be treated like a kid, Hestia notice his conflicted gaze and smirked,
"you can pat me if you want." her smiled become wider noticing the surprised and slightly embarrassed look on his face, "was I that obvious?" he asked while while smiling embarrassingly
"the look on my head and then your hand give it all" Hestia gives a cheeky smile, only then felt the big hand of Hohenheim on her head,"yeah~ don't be afraid to express your affection to your loved ones, Hohe-kun, because no one will care but them."she said while have a satisfied smile
"thanks, Hestia." he said with a smile, the people entering the inn laughed slightly but the teen never cared, but the women who moved around blushed upon seeing his bright smile
"hehehe, let enter! Hohe-kun!" to that Hohenheim nodded and removed his hands
"welcome, to our inn!, nya~" a beautiful, girl with brown hair and very fluffy looking cat ears, "does that you first time visiting sir-nysan! I would remember someone this handsome!" she said without much thought
"yeah I am" Hohenheim smiled, "I came to eat together with my goddess."
"aww, I wish I had boyfriend this handsome to take me nya~" she said with cute cat like mewing, but received a hit on her head, ,"Anya! I told not to flirt with customers on your duty! besides this gentleman already have a date!" a middle age lady with big rather muscles structure said , "sry, kit about that cat, ya sure are fragile! come boi you need to eat something to fill the man of house duties!"
"hahaha, no worries, she meant no harm." Hohenheim laughed and said, "we would a table for two, miss?"
"Mia! and sure thing boya, ryuu!! come here and guide those two!" mia said with a laugh and point at a nearby girl
the girl then looked towards the voice and looked towards the owner, "want me to guide these two customers, Mia-san?" the girl answer serenely
"yep, gonna trouble you, Ryuu." Mia said, and Ryuu nodded, "fellow me please, dear customers." she said respectfully yet without of liveliness of the previous waitress
"don't mind Ryuu, she is a bit shy, and doesn't have a way with words much." Mia said and went to the kitchen
and as Mia said, Ryuu didn't utter a word during the guidance and directly guide them towards their seats, "thank you, Ryuu-san." Hohenheim said with a smile
despite Ryuu unchanged expression, she gave them a slight smile, even her couldn't resist his sincere expression, "please wait here and take some appetizers while someone brings you the menu." and left without waiting
"hmph! what a cold one! as expected, from the all mighty proud and aloof elves!" Hestia said with dissatisfaction
"I would say that she is rather the silent type rather than the proud, as she doesn't strike me as arrogant one, especially with look on her eyes remind of myself a bit" Hohenheim said after thinking a bit, causing Hestia to pout,"even you is charmed with the elves beauty, ain't you?"
Hohenheim grabbed her cheeky pout with a chuckle, "you damn adorable when you are jealous!", like a trickster, he opted not to take about the question and focussed on his goddess
Hestia couldn't take it and start to bickering with him, but both knows they are being playful
what they doesn't know that elves ears aren't for decoration, despite that they weren't loud and they noise everywhere, Ryuu ears was strangely set on them, her friend, Syr told on her on interesting adventure she saw the other day, and the teen she saw fit his description
'blond hair and golden eyes, calm and confident smile, and the presence of old man that's regain his vigor and youth...' that's was Syr evaluation on the blond teen, she then eardrops on them for a moment, she heard Hestia took on her and frowns slightly, she knows that he clan reputation isn't the best, but she didn't think that her silent attitude might be mistaken for aloofness and pride
she was about to stop listening but hear his sentence, 'are we... similar? it can't be...he doesn't look older than 15, what can a 15 old boy experience what I did...' she shakes her head, but the seed of curiosity in her heart is already planted...,'but...at least he isn't judgy with people' she smiled slightly to herself , if people could see they would struck stupid since they never saw her smile
"Ryuu! you smiling!" an energetic girl with silver hair said," a day where Ryuu smiling will be a great day!" she giggled
"don't speak nonsense, Syr, I also smile you know?" unlike her calm expression before, Ryuu give Syr a more friendly reaction, indicating she is rather close to her
"Yes, Yes, and I saw a pig fly the other day" Syr said in mockery but looked in certain direction, "OMG! is that Hohenheim-san! why didn't you tell me he came! traitor!" Syr faked some crocodile tears, Ryuu rolls her eyes, "he just came, why not give him the menu if you so eager to meet him?"
"oh great idea! I wuv u , Ryuu!" Syr said and wanted to hug the elf, yet she evade, "come on, your break is over." and the blonde elf went her way
"cheapskate!" Syr pouted but hurriedly went to give the menu to the pair..pair?...pair! only then she noticed Hohenheim isn't alone!, 'why is she with him...is she his goddess!' Syr almost snapped, but being the perfect actor she is quickly recovered, '...fine! have him for a while... but no way someone with such overbearing soul like that is someone I won't have!' Syr...or in this Freya said with confident smile, yet the cheerful mask on her face didn't disappear
she then recovered and quickly walk towards the pair who where trying the snacks on the table...
