Alec drove faster, with his heart broken...but as the moment he plans to grunt and hate himself even more, he immediately stopped.
He looked at the rear view mirror, crying.
That's where he realized.
He did not turned into Lite.
Alec was totally surprised. He stared at his eyeglass where he threw it off, and then looked back at rear view mirror.
So this is how he looks like without using glasses. He never come to realize how he might look like without one because everytime he does, he automatically switches to Lite.
He stopped the car upon realization. Alec was waiting for a transition but he never felt dizzy, and his eyes did not adjusted to light just like before. He knew his eyesight is poor without glasses on, but what's weirder is that he was waiting for him to switch to Lite.
Five minutes and still he is Alec.
