It was a silent walk when Alec decided to leave the room with Jade quietly sleeping on the bed.
He bit his lip, loosen two more buttons so he could breathe much better, then stood up and walk away. He realized lately it was such an impulsive action, him, kissing her on the forehead without her consent. Now Alec was trying to compose himself, torn between if he was guilty for what he did versus to liking the idea that he took her home...at least she's doing fine.
Carla asked the moment she saw Alec went out of his room.
"How is she doing now? Does she need anything else? Would you like me to change her dress?" She offered.
"No, she already have a blanket, that'll be fine."
"How about you, young master? Do you want me to prepare your pills for better sleep?"
There was a sudden pause and silence for Alec before he responded.
"No," he said, smiling. "I think I'll have a good sleep today."
