Just as I was about to turn around, Alec decided to speak and called my attention.
"Hey."
"Yeah, why?" I raised my brows at him.
"Can we talk?"
I was surprised by how his voice was way too serious. I looked at Jacob to see his reaction if I heard it right.
Alec wants to talk to me?
It took me time to respond. "Sure, what is it?"
"I mean, us," he clarified. "Privately."
My mouth almost went opened in surprised, and I could see that in Jacob's reaction too. He stared at his watch then stared back at Alec. I know time is very important for businessman but I guess talking around this night, in this place, is something that I think Alec needs to speak up. I don't know why I feel nervous all of a sudden. Only Alec can do that, which swear to God, happens every time.
"Y-yeah," I stuttered. Jacob got the signal and then whispered at his master and move meters away from us then turned his back, not looking.
