"Hi, Dawn! Yeah, this is Jade. By any chance do you know if Alec was at the mansion?"
"Yes, he's actually resting." She said.
"Up till now?" Then I looked at my clock. It says 10:30 in the morning. "What's up?"
"Uhh, yeah, actually...Alec is sick."
I stopped for a moment. I'm not sure if I had heard it right.
"Hello?" Dawn asked over the phone for follow up. "Are you still there?"
"I'm sorry." I stuttered. "What do you mean? He's sick?"
"Yeah, like sick. Fever."
My mouth twitch a little. Oh, finally now my boyfriend's a human. I thought perfect guys like him had never experience to have fever. I see.
"Since when he is sick?"
"Yesterday," she replied. "But he's getting good now. The doctor is looking after him."
"Oh, Gabriel." I remembered. "You know what, I'm gonna hung up the call now, and better prepare myself to get there."
