Rachel was a little awkward when Antonin stopped the car in his driveway. Their conversation over dinner was warm, but for the rest Rachel felt nothing but emptiness. It's not that Rachel doesn't know what Antonin's hidden intentions are behind her philosophical concern. However, Rachel did not expect that it was much different from when they were together before, now, when they had separated from that relationship, Antonin's sincerity was much greater. Rachel was thinking, is she really that bad if she ignores Antonin even though the reason is quite ethical, namely because of Niels?
"What do you think? We've arrived," Antonin said, making Rachel jump in surprise. He quickly unbuckled his seat belt and packed his bag and coat. "Thank you for today. We will meet again… in three days?"
