This is the first time Rachel has visited Lore since the final verdict trial that sentenced her to eleven years in prison. That was the lightest punishment for her since she was the one who technically hacked ICNG-257's system. The judges considered her mistake to be more fatal than Philip's as the mass death incident would not have happened if it weren't done by her hands.
