Niels doesn't go back to his apartment because Rachel comes in at midnight. The girl seemed to be in a hurry to the autopsy control room. He said he wanted to see Simon, but unfortunately, the doctor had come home an hour ago with Isabela. There was only Niels at CI because he was still curious about the findings of high levels of radioactivity in his mother's body.
