Chapter 1 - Jennifer’s House

Friday, June 29th, 2018

Terrance

Driving through a suburban area late at night, trying to find the location of Jennifer's house. Everywhere feels empty as there are no lights inside the homes and the streets are silent. Looking for a corner on the road to park my car.

Pulling out my phone, seeing that it is at a low percentage. Thank goodness that I brought my charger. Plugging the device and my phone begins to charge. Then, I notice a text message from Rebecca.

"I wish you well on your date with Jennifer. I hope it turns out well. Stay safe, because I don't want nothing bad to happen to you. If you need anything, don't be afraid to hit me up. Have fun!" The message reads and it ends with three red heart emojis. My cheeks rise after reading the message. I reply with a quick response.

"Thank you so much. Don't worry about me, everything will turn out great. Talk to you later!"

After sending the text, I check the GPS to see if I am close to her place. It reads that I am two minutes from 4567 Atherton Oaks, California. So I let her know that I am almost there.

"I'm two minutes away from your house. I can't wait for our date." I texted her.

"I'm thrilled to know. Trust me, this date will be something you will never forget. I'm ready for you." She replied the message had a kissy face and a wink emoji.

Putting my phone away and starting the car again. Continuing to drive until I finally arrived at her place. The shock in my face witnessing how big and nice her house is caught me off guard. Her house looks more like a mansion. There are a lot of windows everywhere, the garden looks rich, the trees are lengthy, and there's even a gate protecting her house. I'm already overwhelmed by how lavish everything looks, I can only imagine what the interior is like.

Before I could recollect my thoughts, I get a message from Jennifer.

"Are you the person with the white BMW?" She asks.

"Yes," I replied.

"Cool. I will let you in." She said.

Immediately after the text, the gates to her house open. This lets me know that she is rich because no average person would have an automatic gate. I am one lucky man for being able to win the heart of a wealthy woman.

The gates are open, which allowed me to park my car in her driveway. Then, it closes once I got inside. Looking at her driveway, I notice a pink Lamborghini next to me and the garden is filled with flowers. The grass is nicely cut and sparkling.

Seeing all this is making me feel nervous. I don't have the money or luxury like her. I'm afraid that she will be disappointed in me. Most women, especially those who are rich, don't want a guy who makes less than them financially. Plus, men are supposed to be the providers. So I don't know how she will feel about that. But I take a deep breath to calm myself. Then, I look at myself in the mirror.

"Come on Terrance, there's nothing to be nervous about. Yes, she is rich but I shouldn't let that affect me. I don't want Jennifer seeing any signs of weakness from me. She expects a strong and confident man who is ready for anything. Always look at her in the eye and not lose your focus. I'm going to be honest with her because women can automatically tell when men are lying or are feeling nervous. Even though it's been a long time since I've been on a date, I'm making sure this will be the best date of my life. You got this." I tell myself.

Turning off the engine and putting the car keys in my pockets. Then, I take my phone off the charger. I check the percentage and it is at thirty-three percent. So I put my phone and the charger in my pocket.

Before I get out, making sure I look good. Especially checking to see if there are any eye crusts because they always sneak up when least expected. Thank goodness that there's no eye crust and I look good. Lastly, I check if I smell good. Women love men who smell nice, which will leave a lasting impression. I smell nice after checking.

I get out of my car and head to her front porch. Ringing the doorbell and waiting for her to arrive. My heart beats when I hear high-heels approaching. But I take a deep breath and compose myself. Then, the door opens.

"Welcome, Terrance!" She excitedly said.

Gazing at her alluring beauty. She is wearing a pink dress with pink high heels paired with an equally sexy pink lipstick. Blonde with a mixture of brown hair. Golden hoop earrings and a choker as her accessories. Her fingernails are pink. Saying that she is beautiful is a major understatement.

"Wow, you look... Amazing!" I tell her, making sure I keep cool. Adding in a smile to bring the charm.

"Aw, thank you. You look outstanding as well. Come on in." She tells me.

Then, we hug. She is feeling all over muscles and smelling how nice I am. Her body is so soft and she smells heavenly. I love the feminine energy she has going on, making me even more attracted to her. We stopped hugging. She allows me to step into her house and the door closes as we both get inside.
