Chereads / BrokenEmperor / Chapter 62 - Chapter 62

Chapter 62 - Chapter 62

If Diana could be said to be of strength and ability to rule her planet with its gods, Malik and the others were of strength to rule their galaxies and their universe, their whole realm.

But these beings flying in front of them, where many were of a height and build on par with Cayn's dragon when it reached its limit if not bigger, these creatures rule so many realms and plains that even Cayn's universe would be but a small candy unworthy to spare a look at.

These beings, were the ones who oversaw what the kinds of Malik and Cayn's siblings, the six supreme he killed were doing in the many realms they watched over.

Otherwise, why would the creator god of wisdom be negligent about it if it wasn't for that realm being fused with others because of Raphael?

These gods were the ones overlooking the smaller ones from the six supreme to Diana's primordial god and the even smaller ones below them. These creator gods' jobs were to watch over the laws in the many universes under them.

But they fought between themselves for more control, for more Power, for more territory, for more, and more.

They became greedy as time and the immortal years poked into their heart.

They lost focus and their purpose. But a few remained true to themselves or at least tried to hang on, much like the creator god of wisdom.

This was why Cayn was birthed with the will of chaos.

As the chaos has to reset everything.

For many gods to be born again, for a new cycle to begin, for the new gods, to once again lose their meaning and lose their way in front of the many years when they will stop counting.

For Cayn, to reset every existence when chaos reaches its peak.

These creatures would be the reason for the universe and spacetime to be reborn. Maybe they already were the reason.

That is why he was born.

The creatures who watched over many realms and their parallel universes, lost their way.

Destruction shall follow creation. And the cycle will keep repeating itself.

But Cayn refused to partake in this cycle.

He chose to bring these so-called gods to their knees and erase those who didn't follow their purpose for new ones to be birthed.

Maybe the will of creation already knew of his destiny where he would reject this game.

Maybe that is why, rather than calling him the will of chaos it called him the Emperor of Gods.

Diana and the others stood there, even when they faced the growing army they didn't lose their posture.

They knew of their place and strength.

Yes, they would die, but they believed in someone.

They believed in him more than anything.

They believed, that even if he came late he would take revenge.

Because that was their emperor who cherished them.

Because that was their mentor who showed and paved the way for them.

Because that was their big brother who watched over them.

And because, that was her man, who loved her.

They believed.

She, believed.

Before any words were spoken, before any actions were taken.

A dark crack appeared behind Diana.

She felt but a soft and warm breeze on her neck.

She didn't know why, but she could finally take a deep breath as if her heart, was finally at ease.

She closed her eyes.

No one knew what she was doing, nor what would appear behind her.

She opened her eyes coldly in front of the army.

Her presence rose as the future queen of the Leoryn kingdom.

No, even more.

As if, she ruled over these mythical creatures who stood against her.

Her eyes were cold and imposing.

She raised her hand slowly, gorgeously, holding it next to her face with her palm facing up.

Everyone grew more confused.

And while they focused on her no one noticed a figure slowly walking behind her.

He was there.

Walking up.

Placed his cheek on her palm and held her hand, his eyes closed as he immersed himself in her warmth.

Cayn, is here.

A man with silky dark hair that fell on his eyes, sharp big eyebrows, a perfect jawline behind a well-trimmed black beard.

His siblings behind had their eyes on their brother's face.

Because that face was different than the one they last left in their first life, nor the young face they left a few moments ago.

Malik had his eyes widened.

That wasn't the appearance of a twenty-five years old young man.

Nor the one of a thirty-five man.

He looked like he was in his peak thirties.

His face had no flaws and his black hair was dancing gorgeously and glowing with the light of the stars around them.

Diana could feel his beard, she wasn't in the least surprised.

He, seemed more like a man now than ever.

She saw the visions where he was older, she saw both his looks.

And she always thought this man would age like wine in this life as well.

She wasn't surprised by his beard. But by his posture and eyes as he opened them slowly.

Their eyes met.

As if she was reminded of everything that attracted her to him in the first place.

All started from his smile to his mother, but her crush for this man grew, when she saw how he carried himself. How he spoke and how he acted.

Everything screamed inside of her that this was, a true man.

And how her feelings kept growing as she knew more about him, as she felt like the eyes of such a man were only filled and fixated on herself.

A man.

A true man, he was.

And now when their eyes met, Diana's heart started beating, louder, uncomfortably as she met his golden dragon eyes, who now had a shade of dark lines.

A beautiful pair of golden jewels.

Her red eyes shook as if she was a little girl meeting her crush for the first time.

His eyes remained calm, staring at her, hearing her heartbeat.

She knew he could hear, but his eyes showed no reaction or emotion.

Meeting her eyes, without saying a word.

The more he remained unfazed the more she felt her body shaking, her legs trembling.

Fuck, was all that she could think about.

His presence, his eyes, his posture, his confidence, his everything.

Just, fuck.

She wasn't able to maintain eye contact and looked away shyly.

Her body, especially her lower part felt like it had its own heartbeat.

His fingers suddenly placed on her chin and turned her head to him.

"Eyes on me."

Yes, that erotic, deep, tired but imposing voice sang in her ears.

Shivers.

Knowing this man knew what he was doing, knowing this man fully knew of the effects and the chokehold he got on her, yet still doing her like this even in this situation not caring about anything, made the look in her eyes submit to him even more.

"I, am watching," she softly spoke, like a good girl.

His fingers slowly let go of her.

He turned his head first towards the army while his eyes remained on her.

Blinked slowly as he turned his eyes.

And then, despair.
