Diana opened her eyes, staring at the roof of the cave for a while.
She slowly stood up, taking a look around, finding Shiro sleeping under the moonlight.
She couldn't find Cayn but saw a shadow of a person outside.
She walked up, to see him sitting at the edge of the mountain cliff.
"Can I join you?" she asked with a gentle voice.
He moved up a bit, without answering nor turning around.
She sat down, looking at the forest below, before watching the stars with him.
A comfortable breeze was blowing over their bodies.
She slowly put her head on his shoulder, "Cayn," she spoke.
"Hmm?" his voice was cracked, deeper than usual.
"Did the angel that came from your world, bring you some news?" She asked.
Cayn took a moment to respond, "My, second brother finally confessed and married his seventh sister. They are having a baby soon, named after me."
Diana smiled happily, "Do they know, that you are still alive?"
"No, and I don't wish for them to know. It's up to them now."
"I guess everyone's following your footsteps," she giggled. She took a moment to think, "How did you win, against the evil nature of beings?"
"Don't you have the answer to that?"
She answered fidgeting, "I know, but fighting it and making my people choose peace and love, it sounds too perfect in our cruel world, I guess that's why you called it eternal."
Cayn put his arm around her, "You are not the one who will be fighting it."
Diana raised her head in confusion, looking at his face and staring at the stars.
"You had the answer, generous and rewarding to those who follow your way, merciless and the worst nightmare to those who don't. A savior, protector, provider, guide, show them the way, and stand as their judge, the people will make their own choices."
Diana stared at Cayn in astonishment.
He slowly turned his eyes to meet hers, they were gentle, warm.
Her cheeks turned red, feeling butterflies all over her body. She closed her eyes nervously as he went to kiss her head.
She opened her eyes, to find his warm-hearted smile that made her skip a heartbeat.
He held her tightly as he raised his head to watch the dark sky.
Diana was left watching his side once again.
"It feels like a dream," she suddenly said, "having you by my side."
Cayn turned his shiny golden eyes to look at her, who was looking at him affectionately.
He looked at her face down and up.
The moonlight shined on Diana's pretty face, and her eyes brightened.
His eyes widened.
She looked at him confused.
"You," he spoke.
"Hmm?"
"You look beautiful."
Diana was surprised, she looked down, her hand fidgeting.
He held her hand.
His big hand wrapped around hers, she could feel how coarse they were.
He took her hand and placed it on his cheek.
She raised her head to look at him.
Their eyes met.
The world stopped around them.
He kept meeting her eyes, as he slowly started kissing her palms, moving to her finger.
He closed his eyes, licking the tip of her finger.
Diana's entire body shivered and shook uncomfortably.
He opened his piercing cold eyes, as he bit her finger.
She was paralyzed.
He tangled his fingers with hers, holding her hand tightly.
He bent back her head with his other hand, while his finger ran back and forth on her cheek, closing the distance as if her eyes drew him towards her.
He was so close she smelled his body's fragrance.
His tongue was in her mouth, turning, making her blossom like a flower, putting her off, bringing her back as she helplessly clenched her eyes shut.
Breathing heavily, their hearts racing as their wet tongues pulsated inside her mouth.
Her hands wrapped around his neck, as he pushed her to the ground slowly yet urgently in need of her taste. Swiftly intensifying their sensual kisses making her cling to him.
Their deep breaths seemed like steam on this starry night, this feeling of longing plunged them into a sea of waves while the world around them turned silent.
Cayn broke off the kiss, leaving Diana looking at him blankly, panting, her face red.
He smiled at her, taking her hands off his neck, tying them up with his big hand on top of her head. Kissing her repeatedly all over her face, slow and gentle kisses, while his fingers ran through her belly.
Diana's body was twitching all over, overpowered by mixed feelings, warmth, and excitement, while her face blushed cutely.
He stopped again, they both opened the curtains to their beautiful pair of eyes, looking at each other like a world beside them never existed.
They stared until they felt the first shades of light poking their eyes.
The sun slowly rose, making Diana's honey eyes shine to their fullest.
Cayn's eyes widened once again, he inclined his head for his lips to fall on hers, enjoying the berry taste of her pink lips, as if he inhaled her softness and sweetness to warm his soul.
He was meant for her.
He released her lips, and they opened their eyes as if they took their first full breaths of the day.
That was the moment they both carved, that they were meant for each other.
