'Well' I thought today couldn't get any worse. I was running late for my interview for my new job. My car would not start so I had to walk but with my mood plummeted so did the weather. It started to snow pretty heavy which should not have been possible for it was summer at almost 90 degrees. But that's the norm for me my moods always changing the weather spontaneously. But having to walk in the snow. I was not a happy person at this point.Now I'm at the crosswalk freezing jumping in place to keep warm till the sign said we could walk.I was not paying much attention to anything until I herd the screeching of Tires. Looking over I see a truck sliding on ice coming in my Direction.
Time seemed to slow down cause the next thing I know. I'm pushing the people in front of me out of the way. Then all I could feel was pain agonizing pain. The truck had hit me at full speed. I was thrown across the asphalt. When my body finally stopped moving all I could think of was the pain.I knew I was done for all I could hear was ringing in my ears.black already taking over my vision could not take even the smallest of breath. It seems my time has come with that thought going threw my head I jasper silverlock closed my eyes for the final time. Death at 16 ….. never thought I'd be opening them again.
