Yamato was inside of her wave motion gun cleaning the whole thing with a bucket, and a mob. It's quite a waste of time for Yamato to be cleaning her most powerful weapon on her ship while there's a large number of maintenance crew with special cleaning equipment would make the task more easier to do. Not to mention that Yamato hasn't used the damn gun, yet throughout her missions.
Yamato stopped mopping as she wiped the sweat on her forehead with the white towel on her shoulder, she smiled looking at the spot she's been mopping for a few minutes now and looked at the end of the barrel of the gun to see the bright blue skies as native birds of Krieg flies into Yamato's view before disappearing soon after.
"[Come to think of it, I haven't used this thing, a ship built around a gun, ever since I was isekai here. Meh, there isn't a threat that needs this thing.]" Yamato thought.
Yamato went back, mopping the same spot as Andromeda appeared a few moments later.
"Hey mom, we got a mission." Andromeda said.

[Location: Orbit of Krieg]
[Time: 1130 Hours]
The ships of Yamato, Andromeda, and Shinano were in the Orbit of Krieg, sitting idle as they waited for someone, very important, to come soon. The three women were on the bridge of Shinano's ship looking at the flight deck as Analyzer kept an eye on the radar.
"What's the mission, again? When I heard the Admiral's name, my brain suddenly shut down." Yamato said as her daughter looked at her before sighing.
"Da—" Andromeda paused as she realized Shinano was with them."I mean, the Admiral tasked us to escort a singer, from the Planet Graia visiting Krieg for a concert, to the Planet of Sei for another concert since the base there has been having low morale because Supreme Admiral Harry Gold has died of a stroke. He was greatly respected by everyone on the Planet, and by his fellow Admiral as well."
"Admiral Justin served under Admiral Gold for 6 months when he was still studying to become an Admiral, he sees Admiral Gold like an Uncle who's always there when life decided to be a bitch." Shinano said as Yamato nodded.
"Wait." Yamato said, catching the two ladies' attention. "I never saw the Admiral leaving Krieg to attend Admiral Gold's funeral."
"The Admiral left in the dead of night with Enterprise, they were already late to attend the funeral, but Admiral Justin still paid his respects before leaving." Shinano said. "He's a man that doesn't really show his weak side because he believes that it will make his guard down."
"The singer? What's their name?" Yamato asked.
"Mikumo." Shinano said.
"[Japanese?]" Yamato, and Andromeda thought together.
"She's Japanese, I assume?" Yamato asked.
"Yes, the colony craft that went to Graia had around 75% of the Japanese population while the remaining percentage were mixed from different nations." Shinano said.
"Okay then, how about the explanation of why Mikumo needed escorts from us? Doesn't her company have their own escorts?" Yamato asked.
"Mikumo had encountered life or death situations before, around a year ago, the spacecraft carrying Mikumo was ambushed by a Siren fleet and was shot down, but luckily the pilot of the spacecraft managed to land on a populated planet." Andromeda said, looking at the tablet she's holding. "And not to mention, some of her crazy fans tried to kidnap her using privately owned spacecraft and also, these fans were armed too."
"She's quite the high profile individual, ain't she?" Yamato said as Shinano and Andromeda nodded.
"{Detecting a military-grade spacecraft approaching.}" Analyzer said.
The three women turned to the windows, they all see a spacecraft similar to that of NASA's old space shuttles like the Space Orbiter Enterprise, created on 1976 and now is located on Intrepid Museum
New York City, New York. However, the spacecraft that was approaching was slightly much larger than Enterprise. The girls, and Analyzer watched the spacecraft approach the flight deck before landing smoothly like old aircrafts landing on sea-based aircraft carriers. Suddenly, Shinano's ship was engulfed by a bright blue sphere which was an unique system that allows oxygen to be pumped out and carbon dioxide to get sucked in to be converted back to oxygen without worrying about the vacuum of space.
The door of the space shuttle opened up as smoke came out of the gaps before the door lowered down like those privately owned jets used by wealthy people. A very beautiful woman around her early twenties walked down from the shuttle, and moved her violet with pastel blue highlights to the back of her head. The three women came down from the bridge to greet the young woman, the carrier's island's door opened and the three women came out to see the young woman, and Yamato was shocked to see her.
"[What the hell? Fuck! Why didn't I recognize her name?! She's Mikumo Guynemer!]" Yamato thought.
Mikumo Guynemer, an anime character from the anime "Macross Delta" which is the recent anime of the Macross franchise, Mikumo is a singer from the famous girl group, "Walküre", although she's not the leader of the group. Mikumo was the more popular member of the group because of her voice, and of course, her beauty. Just gonna put it out there, Mikumo is canonically three years old because she was an genetic engineered product by Lady M, a mysterious person from the Delta anime. Mikumo was wearing her "Mystic Tone" outfit which consist of a jacket with white, black, and white colors then the Logo of Walküre. A black sports bra, a pair of black jeans then sneakers. There was another woman that came out of the shuttle that was wearing a formal suit, she seemed to be the manager of some sort.
The woman in the suit approached the three ladies while Mikumo stayed behind near the shuttle. The suited woman took off the sunglasses she's wearing as she stood in front of the three shipgirls.
"I am Asano Tsuka, the manager of Mikumo. I assume you three will bring me, and Mikumo to our destination without any problem? Or we will have to sue the base you're three came from for putting a high profile individual in danger like the previous people we hired." Asano said in an arrogant tone, which Yamato didn't quite like as she stepped forward.
"I'm Yamato, the flagship, on my right is my sister Shinano, the carrier you will be riding on, and on my left is Andromeda, my daughter." Yamato said with her arms crossed.
"Did I hear that right?" Mikumo said with a smile, catching everyone's attention as she walked over to the group. "You three are Justin's girls? Well, it isn't really much a question since you came from Krieg."
"What's your relationship with my da— our Admiral?" Andromeda asked as she almost made a mistake before quickly correcting it, Yamato felt some yandere intent coming out of Andromeda which made her feel somehow proud.
"Let's just say, he's a friend of my late father." Mikumo said with a smile and wink. "Now, where's my room?"

[Location: Orbit of Sei]
[Time: 1230]
Yamato was in front of the bridge's computer searching for something, thanks to the password she "borrowed" from Justin a while back. Yamato was able to access private information that only high ranking members of the Space Force, and the rest of Humanity's military-related entities can see without any annoying heavy amounts of censorship that is usually shown to the public. So, the people would distrust the government. Yamato scrolled through the archives about already dead people of the Space Force, and she eventually found the person she's looking for.
"Rear Admiral Guynemer was killed during an unexpected siren-fleet ambush in the Gothic system; the Rear Admiral's fleet was previously on a mission and took heavy amounts of damage. There were no survivors, only dead bodies floating in the cold dark space. Rear Admiral Guynemer before dying had recorded a final message to his family before his ship was destroyed, Rear Admiral Guynemer died on the 5th of July 2196." Yamato read the archive out loud.
