"I-I haven't had anyone like that, sir," Kalea replied nervously, her hands breaking out in a cold sweat. Albern's piercing gaze seemed to pierce her body. She finally chose to answer honestly, because if she said she already had a lover, Albern would ask her again why she was willing to be taken into another man's family.
