This world was in prosperity before the relic was created. Where one race l was ruling all the others like slaves and livestock. The living standards for that race was like nobles and kings. with magic and technology are at anything you can think of can be crafted or casted. the only problem they had was with genetics and transformation magic.
When that relic was created, it was stolen by a family that wanted the age of old to return. Over time they succeeded by using the relic as storage. By taking everything in the area including the magic texts while, returning the land to it once was. As well as taking the largest ore deposits and leaving only scraps in place. that family was given a nickname of the green house with the groups name of star stealers. to that race the only things that are keeping them from being killed was the technology and magic together.

why is the god has shackles?
(it is safer to the universe than having a chance of getting destroyed instantly, because the god is too powerful to exist.)
why the character is made that way?
(I had the idea simming in the back of my head and I wanted to have a backstory of sorts.)
