In the mansion, the sky was dark and slowly raindrops started to fall. Drops of rain fell on the man's body, awakening him who was unconscious beside the bones of his late mother—Rose.
David wiped the raindrops off his face, then got up to bury Rose's skeleton again. His tears were obscured by the pouring rain, the sound of his sobs also drowned out with the thunderous roar of thunder.
David sobbed as he stared at the heap of dirt soaked by the rain. He grabbed a stone as a marker for Rose's tomb, and tied a piece of cloth from his shirt as a sign of respect.
"Mom ... I'm sorry, really ... I'm sorry," he sobbed as he wiped his tears.
Seeing that the sky was getting darker, David decided to stay temporarily in the mansion even though he was alone while waiting for the weather to improve. Luckily there were still clothes he could wear, at least he didn't have to wear wet clothes.
