His face was so close to mine and I couldn't stop thinking of the way he kissed me. So intense and so wild. My cheeks were warming up with shame and angst but I still couldn't squirm out of his strong arms. Being so helpless is the cruelest punishment one can ever endure.
Even his grip around my waist tightened, his long fingers digging deep into my skin. He leaned closer, his dark opal eyes focused on my lips with a glint of lust. For some unknown reason, my body started to heat up. My heart started to beat panically as if I was on the verge of collapsing. I couldn't bear up these alienated feelings anymore. I couldn't just stand like a weak prey, waiting for a bloodthirsty predator to pounce at him. So, I did the only manly thing I could do...
I stepped on his foot with all my strength and kept kicking his leg like it was a stone wall I'm trying to break.
"Ow!" Rowoon screamed while finally letting go of me. This was my queue to escape and I didn't let it go to waste. SO, I RAN. I ran thinking that my life depended on it. I ran till my lungs were about to burst.
People looked at me like I was a crazy maniac. Well, let me tell you something people! The crazy maniac is that stupid Rowoon: the idol who everybody worships like he is some saint.
Keeping the terrifying image of Rowoon in my head, I ran like there was no tomorrow. The cold rain kept pouring on me like a gigantic waterfall, but I ignored it even though I might fall sick at the end of the day.
After running for some time, I looked over my shoulder, inspecting whether Rowoon was following me. But he was nowhere to be seen. I bet he got lost and couldn't follow me. YES! Victory at last! I was safe and I was free!
"You do not want to mess with me Lee Rowoon," I whispered to myself while a toothy grin started to spread across my lips.
After being relieved that Rowoon wasn't following me anymore, I decided to walk all the way to my apartment. Since I ran a long distance, I would be able to reach my apartment without getting a taxi. So, I jogged happily along the streets, smiling like a little child. I didn't even care about the rain anymore.
. . .
I was wrong! Walking on foot wasted a lot of my energy. Plus it wasted my precious time...or maybe I was just slow.
By the time I reached the door of my apartment, I was totally wasted. I could barely breathe. Climbing the old staircase of my apartment building didn't help either. As I gasped for air while grabbing the doorknob, all I could think of was enjoying a warm bath to wash away the coldness and stress.
Once I was finally inside, I dropped my jacket and bag onto the floor, exhausted. I didn't even bother to remove my shoes because I wanted to lie down on my bed for a while. So I tried to head towards my bedroom, dragging my fatigued body with so much force.
But as I opened the door of my room, disaster struck me yet again.
My eyes widened with shock upon seeing a familiar figure sitting on my bed. My bad luck has once again blessed me with a very bitter misfortune. There, sitting on my bed with an evil smirk on his face was the devil Lee Rowoon. He wasn't wearing his mask anymore. He was dressed in a black shirt and black pants which gave him a very dark aura.
"You..." I was shocked to my core which made me realize that my whole body could collapse at any moment. But I had to stop it from happening at all costs. I had to be strong if I wanted to avoid the dangers coming my way.
"How did you get into my room?!" I managed to ask with a stern voice.
"Oh well, I'm much more powerful than you think little rabbit. I'm capable of doing so many things. Those things will definitely frighten you. But you want to know what'll frighten you more? What I do to people who defy me. I'm actually so pissed at what you did to me back there. Do you know what I do to people who piss me off?"
Rowoon got off my bed and started marching toward me. I didn't like the way he was looking at me. His angry eyes were glued to my face while his lips formed a mischievous smile.
His silky black hair carelessly fell over his forehead and neck, making him look like a fallen angel from some ancient Greek legend. The first three buttons of his shirt were undone, revealing a very manly chest that would make anybody drool. Everything about him screamed 'Alpha' and I was no alpha. I was far from the term 'Alpha.'
I was a weak boy and I would never be able to have a proper duel with him.
So as he cornered me in my own room and when my innocent back hit against the wall, all I could do was pray for a miracle to save me from all this chaos.
"And as for what I do to people who piss me off, why don't you let me show you?" Rowoon spoke in a low deep voice that made my poor nerves go crazy with fear.
"Will you be my obedient little rabbit and do as I say?" he asked teasingly while licking my earlobe.
To be continued...
