"You don't have a solid plan?" Jacob asked, and Mark responded. "I do. Beating them up. Works every time."
"Right, right, right… I totally forgot about that.." Jacob spoke with a sarcastic tone, but Mark ignored him and continued devouring the bag of chips. "You know you can take down the next target all on your own, right?" Mark said as he attempted to grab the last piece of chips from underneath the bag. "I'm not that confident. Not yet," Jacob replied. "I definitely need someone to have my back."
"Well then, tell your back to get ready.." Mark said as he slammed the empty bag on the table before getting up. ".. Because we're about to head right back into action mode, baby!"
"That sounded weird and gross for some reason, but alright…" Jacob said as he gave a soft 'yay' before standing up from his seat and following Mark, and the two boys left the cafeteria.
"Who was our next target again, Jacob?" Mark asked as he tilted his head in his direction, and Jacob replied, "Senior Arthur Yamazaki. He's also part of the bully group."
"The bully group? They don't have a name?" Mark raised his eyebrows and asked with a questioning look, and Jacob shrugged his shoulders and spoke with an awkward smile. "Well, I mean.. I think they do have a name. It's just that.. it's just.. I just don't remember it."
"Huh. Well, who cares. It's all going to be non-existent after today anyways.." Mark replied with a nonchalant tone, and Jacob widened his eyes in surprise. "Wait. Are you really planning on beating up literally every single one of the bullies today?"
"I mean, we are beating up your bullies, aren't we? So I figured... might as well do a complete clean up, you know?" Mark did a punching motion in the air as he spoke with a sinister smile on his face, which made Jacob tremble for a split second. "I'm actually having a lot of fun beating up these assholes.." He whispered softly to Jacob, who looked at Mark with a confused expression.
"I think you might be a psychopath or something, Mark…" Jacob said after a few seconds of silence, and Mark shrugged his shoulders in response. "I don't remember you being a psychologist, Jacob.."
"Well, I'm actually planning on taking a course on psychology after-"
WHAM!
Before Jacob could finish his sentence, Mark pushed his hand onto Jacob's face, covering his mouth and interrupting his words midway.
"I think we're near Arthur's classroom." Mark said with a soft voice, and he pointed his finger at the door that was a few feet away from them.
"What's the plan?" Mark looked at Jacob, who tilted his head in his direction in an instant, caught completely off guard by Mark's sudden question. "What do you mean- I thought you were the one with the plans?!"
"Yeah, no, I'm not talking about that." Mark shook his head before continuing. "I'm asking whether you're still going to be the one doing the beating or not."
"Oh! Ah, I see…" Jacob had a look of understanding on his face, and he nodded his head. "Well, I mean, do you want to.. you know, fight?"
"Don't fucking do that, alright?" Mark seemed like he was angry with what he said, and shook his head.
"Don't do what?" Jacob didn't know why Mark was upset and looked at him with a confused expression.
"Don't give me the pity fight, alright? I don't want your fucking pity." Mark said as he waved his hands in the air.
".... What are you, a baby?" Jacob asked with a look of annoyance and confusion on his face.
"Fuck off, you cunt!" Responded Mark in an instant.
"Alright, fine!" Jacob said as he rubbed his forehead before continuing, "I think there are a few of his lackeys who are in the same classroom as him. Maybe you can take them on or something."
"... Fine.." Mark responded, but he didn't sound too enthusiastic.
"Dude, at least act like you don't have a problem." Jacob shook his head before turning around and grabbing the door of the classroom.
'Dude has got the strangest mood shifts, but he's definitely powerful. I'll probably need his help, even as a backup..' He thought to himself as he took a deep breath.
"Are you opening the door already?" Mark said as he poked him on his shoulder, and Jacob's eyebrows twitched.
"I was going to, alright?" Jacob held back the urge to punch Mark and spoke with a fake smile on his face.
WHAM!
"What the?" A muscular young man with jet black hair tilted his head and looked at the doorway which had suddenly opened.
Tap! Tap! Tap!
Jacob and Mark walked in the classroom, and everyone's attention was on them.
Jacob scanned the surroundings until his gaze landed on the muscular young man, and his eyes narrowed.
"Jacob? What the fuck?" The young man raised his eyebrows, and he pointed his finger at Jacob.
Jacob didn't respond, but instead continued staring at the young man with anger and hatred in his eyes.
Arthur Yamazaki. Although he wasn't the main bully, he certainly was acting as though he was Gerald's right hand man.
"Arthur, you piece of shit!" Jacob faced Arthur and opened his mouth to speak. "Today is the day you'll-"
WHAM!
But before he could finish his words, he felt someone press their hands onto his back, and all of a sudden, he was pushed with such an intense force from behind that he flew forward, aiming right for Arthur!
"Wha-" Jacob sounded surprised, but from the corner of his eye, he could see Mark with an innocent smile on his face and his hands stretched out.
"MARK!! THE FUCK?!" He screamed as he fast approached Arthur, who was caught completely off guard by the fast moving Jacob.
"Didn't I tell you that we have to take care of all the bullies by today? What are you doing, wasting time talking to a nobody like him? Just beat him up!" Mark spoke with a nonchalant tone.
WHAM!
He then leapt into the air and landed on one of the student's desk, and then narrowed his eyes until he found a group of students who were about to get up from their seats and head towards Arthur, and a smile appeared on his face.
"Found the lackeys!"
