A/N: I am not a sword fighting expert. There will be terms mixed with hand to hand combat terms that I'm familiar with, and I don't want to linked videos of what I want my readers to see. For example, Hook slash. Upper slash, etc. It's simple and easy to understand.Â
Hook slash/stab: Horizontal slash
Upper slash/stab: Sword attack from below
Overhead: Attack from above
Overhand: Attack going above and around the opponent's hand
Underhand: Attack going under and around the opponent's hand
Bolo slash: Circular arc motion into a upper slash/slice
Stab, Lunge,
Parry: Using a weapon/shield or any tool in your hands to divert enemy's attacks
Riposte: Counter attack after parry
