Amelia pov
It's a bright sunny morning, the birds are chirping right outside my window, waking me up from my beauty sleep. I fling the covers off of me and stretch my body lazily, a yawn escapes my lips.
As much as I'd like to go back to sleep, I can't I have to get ready for school.
I grab my glasses on the table besides me and slip them on, I cannot stay without these, becouse my eye sight isn't good at all, basically I'm blind as a bat, I've been using them since I was a kid.
I get off the bed and head straight into the bathroom.
I tie my long dark hair into a messy bun and
strip off my pajamas. I open the faucet, allowing the water to get a little hot. Once I feel the temperature is right, I step inside.
the hot water cascades down my back, my body relaxes instantly, easing my sore and aching muscles.
I grab my favorite body wash, honey infused with an hint of lime.
I pour a generous amount of it onto the loofah and begin scrubbing my body.
Once I'm done having a shower, I wrap myself with a white fluffy towel and quickly brush my teeth.
I step out of the bathroom and into my bedroom, I stride to my closet and select an outfit for today.
I select a pretty pink tank top and a pair of black skinny jeans. I put on the clothes and
slip on a pair of flats. I brush my hair and tie into a pony, lastly I apply some gloss onto my chapped lips.
I quickly shove my books into my school bag and run down to the kitchen to have breakfast.
I live in the pack house with my family and some of the other wolves who aren't mated and also not forgetting the beta and the gamma, they live on the third floor with their families and as for the other unmated wolves they live on the floor first and second floor.
My family and are on the last floor which actually is the fourth floor.
Our pack is a little large consisting of two hundred pack members. My dad Andrew is the alpha of the sliver moon pack and my mom Katherine is the Luna, the two of them are such great leaders and parents. I also have three siblings.
My sister, Sophia is the oldest, she's already mated to an alpha from the neighboring pack.
Then there's my brother Jeremy, he's currently at alpha camp, he's soon going to take over as alpha when my dad retires.
And lastly there's Nicole, who's a year younger than me, Nicole and I despise each other although were siblings. We never once tried getting along, always hated each other and the reason for that is becouse my so called witch of a sister loves to bully me and mock me at school and infront of everyone excluding my parents.
The reason why she hates me so much is becouse I can't shift so she assumes I'm "adopted", she had told me on many occasions that I'm not like them and I would never be becouse I'm human and that my parents picked me up from a dump and claimed I'm their daughter.
Which obviously is utter bull, I've once confronted my parents and asked them if they are my biological parents.
My parents were a little startled to say the least, they asked me why would I think that, I then informed them of what Nicole had been doing to me all these years.
My parents assured me I wasn't adopted and that I was their own.
As for Nicole my parents were furious with her, they warned her if she ever bullies me or ever does anything to hurt me in anyway she will be punished.
I was surprised, I presumed they wouldn't do anything about her, I thought they would let her off the hook easily but that wasn't the case.
As I enter the kitchen I greet my parents.
Goodmorning mom, dad.
Morning sweetheart, they both greet in unison.
Mom's busy preparing breakfast whilst dad is reading the newspaper.
I draw out a chair and take a seat. Clair who's the head cook of the pack places a plate infront of me which consists of waffles, which is my favorite, I could eat them at any part of the day.

When I'm done having my breakfast I kiss both my parents goodbye and wait at the entrance of the pack house to meet Amy.
Amy's my best friend infact she's my only friend. Her dad's the gamma.
Goodmorning Rose, Amy greeted, standing behind me.
Morning Amy.
Amy's the only one who actually calls me by my second name, she says the name suits my personality.
Amy and have been friends for decades, we've known each other since the time we were kids. She's the only girl in this pack whom actually gets along with me and enjoys my boring company.
Amy and I walk towards her car, I'm currently traveling with her becouse I had to send in my vehicle for repairs. I had met with a minor accident last week, I was on my way from school it was a rainy day and I couldn't see where I was going so I mistakely had slammed onto a dear.
I was petrified the poor thing died and it was my fault.
So how was your weekend at your sister's pack?, Amy asked, whilst driving.
It was pretty awesome, I had a good time.
Wow that's great and what did you do? Wait,
Please don't tell me you were hanging out with Ethan.
Yes I was, he's the only person besides you who likes me.
Hmmm that's becouse you two are nerds!, Amy chuckled.
Whatever!, I muttered, glaring at her.
We finally reached school Amy and I both get off and approach the large building.
The school we attend actually belongs to the humans, werewolves and so do vampires attend this school.
The humans obviously have no idea about the supernatural world.
"Hey freak watch where you're going!", a guy named Colton bumps into me, pushing me onto the ground. Colton's the most popular guy in school and my biggest tormentor.
Maybe you should watch where you're going idiot!, Amy yelled.
Amy don't!, I hissed, dragging her away.
Why do you alway stop me Rose?
Cause I don't want you getting into trouble becouse of me.
the next time he does anything to you let me kick his ass and I will be sure to inform Mr Clarke what a bully Colton really is.
I sigh. Yeah fine, now let's hurry to class, I don't want to be late.
Once school was over we headed back home.
Amy and I both go our separate ways. On my way to my room, I see my mom approaching me.
Hey sweetheart, how was your day?
The usual and yours?
Pretty much the same, I was wondering if you and I could go shopping perhaps tomorrow?
Hmmm yeah sure.
Great, why don't you go freshen up, I've prepared your favorite pancakes.
Thanks mom, I'll be down in a few minutes.
Okay sweetheart, she said and walked off.
I get into my room and shut the door behind me, I throwing my bag onto the floor and walking into the bathroom.
I take a quick shower and thereafter throw on a pair of shorts and a tank top.
I make my way downstairs, when I enter I see Nicole seated at the table and beside her is Cassandra, my mom and Cassandra's mom, Emma, they all seemed busy chatting about something, when they see me at the entrance they all stop and stare at me weirdly.
Sweetheart you're here, take a seat whilst I prepare something for you, mom said.
Nah I'm fine, I have tons of homework to do so I just came down to grab those muffins you made.
Seeing Nicole and Cassandra I've lost my appetite, I hate being anywhere near these two evil witches.
Mom hands me the plate of muffins, thanks mom, I say and return to my room.
I was going to sleep when suddenly Amy barges into my bedroom without even knocking.
When are you going to learn to knock?, it's rude to just barge into someone's room without seeking permission, you know! I scolded.
Amy scoffs. Are you embarrassed I'll over hear your conversation with that nerd boyfriend of yours?
I fling my pillow at her, she swiftly catches it. Ethan's not my boyfriend! I huffed.
Yeah right, tell that to someone who actually believes it!
Anyway I've come to ask you if you'd like to come along with me and Tyler to this club called the vault tommorow?
