Feifei stared hard at Yuan with gritted teeth. His eyes are getting big with terror but he bravely nodded his head.
Anything for Yuan.
He has to try for Yuan.
Feifei swallowed back his tears and prepared himself for the horror.
He faced the flesh eater again and winced. Then he unconsciously stepped back. No matter how much he prepared himself before facing the flesh eater, he still can't help but be frightened by his hideous mouth.
He doesn't think he can get over how horrifying their mouths are.
Its like their mouths are built like a fortress. An impeccable fortress made especially for their victims. Once you enter the fortress of the flesh eaters mouth, there is no escaping them.
Only death awaits their victims.
Feifei covered his nose as he held Yuan's hand. Then he scrutinized the monster before him.
The flesh eater is chained to the brick wall by his waist, his shoulders and legs.
Some parts of his skin is corpse-white. Like his skin has been immersed in boiled water for far too long. In his arctic white skin, there are small spikes and fish like scales that glistened in the moonlight.
And on other parts of him, his skin is brownish gray like a decomposing necrotic tissue ---looking like a rotten meat.
Some gray skin is firmly attached to his body while on some parts, its hanging loose and you can see the very bones peeping beneath it.
Staring at the grotesque skin as it slips off from the bones, Feifei can feel his body grow cold and his hair raise in disgust.
If a flesh eater grabs him and he push the flesh eater aside, he can almost imagine his fingers sinking into those pulpy, decayed flesh.
It will be soft and wet like poop.
Thinking about it, Feifei swallowed his vomit! He can feel his stomach acid rushing out from his throat!
He is about to gag!
Feifei was so engrossed with the flesh eater's rotten skin that when he heard the sound of chains rattling, he literally jumped back and bumped into something hard!
And he forgot about his nausea!
Before he can even blink, Yuan suddenly took hold of his waist and held him steady. But he did not say anything. He just allowed Feifei to continue his serious perusal on the flesh eater before them.
The flesh eater is struggling frantically trying to get free from his chains, his eyes zoning them in like his targets.
His next meal.
His mouth is open, his tentacles wriggling in excitement and his slobber hanging in frothy ropes.
And his dribble is continuously running down from his chin to his neck like trickles of water.
Feifei is breathing in short gasps as he watched the flesh eater watching them.
While struggling, his jaws would open and close with a snap. With his jigsaw-like teeth, the snap is like two stones clashing together. And the sound is grating and neck cringing.
Feifei covered his mouth with one hand and covered his ear with the other. The flesh eater is getting excited, his eyes bright with madness. He is shaking and swaying like a drunken sailor, hissing and groaning with his bones cracking.
Then before Feifei can react, the flesh eater had a sudden evil glint in his eyes as he extended his hands towards him.
Shooosh!
