I am driving down the road, wind in my hair.
Today is one of those days, and I needed to be a lone, only that this time, I am alone with my thoughts. I got away to find calm but now I realize I do not want to be alone with my thoughts. They are ugly, and dark, I don't remember a time they weren't.
Today is the same day I am being officiated, I just needed to be alone to collect myself. I feel a lot all at the same time. I find a spot and I park and it's by a cliff, and there is not a single soul in the vicinity nor any passing cars. I get out and go stand by the cliff. I find myself sitting down and looking over the vast view. It's so early in the morning there is a little bit of fog and chill in the air.
