Chris drop down unconscious after hitting him at the back of his neck. Knowing him, I'm sure he's already fed up by the rant of her mother, my wife, and have gone too far.
Yet, upon seeing the terrified look of my wife, I soon understand the situation.
"F-Fred... My son... What happened to him?" She said as she touch the skin of her unconscious son gently.
Since I have fully understand the situation, I immediately went and get my medical kit that was always there in case of emergency. I look for things I needed such as bandage, alcohol and many others.
I got back while holding the kits and soon find my wife slowly caressing her son's head.
Soon, I notice a blood, a huge amount of blood coming out from his body. I immediately turn Chris's body and there I saw, a hole mark by the knife, producing a massive amount of blood.
I began to panic, however, after looking at my wife, I soon realize she also need help. She silently gaze at her son as bloods splurt out of his body.
"Jeanne, get ahold of yourself, you're son will die if we can't take him to the hospital."
With this, as if waking up from her dream, my wife suddenly made an emotion such as fear and soon stand up trying to carry her son.
Because of this, I ended up helping her carry him outside.
"Help, help!! We need a car!"
It's already midnight, however, we didn't care as we made a loud noise in our neighborhood. Soon, number of people notice the noise and took a peek at our place, there they saw us.
"I-It's Chris."
Suddenly, A girl, with a terrified voice suddenly came running towards us. This girl is Mika, she's supposed to be Chris's friends. It seems she's outside her house which made it more reassuring since they have a car.
"Quick, tell your father. He's losing too many blood!"
It took a while before Mika struck by realization and accept my request then run towards her house, where a man came running out of it and open his car with haste.
The car then move and stop in front of us.
"What happen?! Nevermind, get inside!"
We immediately put Chris at the backseat of the car. Both of us then decided whom will go with him and at the end, Mika and my wife were chosen since I need to stay because of our child.

A car in the middle of the night move exceeding the traffic limit. There, a panicking man can be seen driving restlessly. While at the passenger seat, a woman was resting her head without a word.
Mika, who's a the back of the car suddenly asked a question.
"What exactly happened, Aunt Jeanne?"
Not knowing what truly happens, or rather not able to comprehend the situation, Jeanne simply answer with a lifeless tone.
"I don't know... It just happened."
"Hurry up, dad!" Mika starts to panic again as blood gush out his chest uncontrollably, if this keep up, no one knows what will happen to him.
The already panicking driver hit the acceleration as if every fiber of his body transported to his feet and without Minding the passing vehicles, he hit full speed.
Thankfully, soon they were able to arrive at the nearest hospital, though it's near, it is also quite expensive to even enter this facility. However, there were left no choice as the boy have to be saved.
"Help, he's losing too much blood!" Mika's dad said as he carry the boy's unconscious body.
Soon, multiple doctors and nurse came rushing towards their direction while holding a stretcher.
They then put him on it as soon as they arrive and rush him towards the emergency room.
Mika even tried to get passed the door, however, she was blocked by the nurse and felt terrified from unknown reason.
An hour later, Mika can be seen restlessly walk back and forth as they wait for the results. His father came back to bring Michael with them which left Mika and Jeanne with themselves.
Mika can't help but look at the restless terrified face of Chris's mother full of suspicion.
And as if running out of patience. She soon starts to harass her with question again.
"What happen to him? What is there so much blood gushing out of her body? Why do feel so terrified by it knowing you don't even csre about your son? Did you do something you shouldn't have?"
As if answering her it, her own questions starts to progress as it leads to a conclusion. Attempted homicide.
"I don't know what happen. I'm simply scolding him. And yet, he became like that, I don't know what to do. He suddenly grab it and stab himself, yet I don't know what to do, I can't stop him!"
Suddenly, Jeanne again, starts to cry. Mika can't help but feel a little confused. Throughout their life, they have been friends with Chris, however, never did they heard from him that her mother cared for him even for a single shed of love.
"Wait. What do you mean, he stab himself?"
"Y-yes, at first I thought he was just going to have a drink in the kitchen, I really thought that he was just going to eat since he had not eaten his dinner yet. I guess I'm wrong... Have I gone too far?"
The hallway turn silent as Mika can't understand her statement. Did he just tried to kill his self in front of his mother? Is what comes to her mind.
'Traitors'
She then remember his words before. He called them traitors, yet she can't understand why.
It's been only 3 years since they last had their friendly conversation and yet Mika can't remember most of it.
"Mika, what happen, how was he?" Suddenly, a voice of a man echoed through the hallway.
Mika turned her head towards the source and find his father and brother running towards them.
"No one left the ER since you left. I don't why but I think he should be okay. He's a strong guy after all."
"I doubt, you never stare at his eye do you? I bet the cause of this event is even his attempt of suicide. Am I wrong, Mrs. Jeanne?" said Michael as he stare at the lady right beside Mika.
Jeanne simply nodded which confirm Michael's guess. However, this does not solve nor answer their question. What truly caused it to go this far?
Mika knows he's been living a hard time since their childhood days, however, never does she heard him do such thing such as this.
Michael also know that Chris won't have the guts to do this kind of thing especially when he even knows his true weakness.
And so, they all were left by nothing but question on their mind and wait until the results of their actions were heard.
