"So what do you want to do with him?" Yuri asked the young boy Cross.
Cross raised his head and looked at Yuri with a humble yet unrelenting expression.
"I have already forgotten what we are talking about, my Lord. I will not let that thing live in my head rent-free. I will leave it to you to determine the proper punishment you give to these men."
Yuri then smiled and put his hand on young Cross' right shoulder.
"That's good. Move on. And live the happiest life that you can live."
Cross' eyes began to flood with tears and ran to Yuri to hug him.
"Thank you, sir! You saved us. You saved me. You saved my mom. I will live my life for her. And I want a single second of it. I won't be weak anymore. Not like before. Never again."
Yuri rubbed the crying boy's back as he remembered his own story. And that he was glad he could help others find their peace just like him. Vanessa smiled while tearing up too.
