Emily's POV
These past few months have shown me in a different light. There have been ups and there has been downs. I have been extremely happy and I have been extremely saddened…sometimes I'm both all at the same time.
Waylen has been my rock through it all but I fear with each day, I push him further and further away from me with my emotions which are all over the place.
This pregnancy was kicking my ass and don't I know it.
I don't remember my first pregnancy being like this…I guess I was too busy being terrified and on my own to feel morning sickness or have absolutely ridiculous cravings or make another person's life miserable!
I was too scared being an adult at seventeen to feel the normal things( as they keep telling me) I am feeling now.
But watching him leave the room after dropping off the bowl of microwaved ice cream unlocked a new found fear…and insecurity I didn't even know I had till this very second.
