"What is it, Owen?"
"I'm sorry. Waylen has been shot and Miracle has been kidnapped"
Owen turned and walked away leaving a really alarmed yet pissed off me behind.
I know he was the twins biological Dad but it didn't give him the right to show up and make baseless accusations.
Who the hell shows up to a party to tell a parent that their daughter has been kidnapped and then just walks away?
I hastened to catch up with him. Soon, we were near the door leading out of the royal hall and I was throwing the most murderous glare at Owen.
"What the fuck, dude? That is so not funny right now. I'm in no mood for your expensive jokes"
He looked at me.
"It's not a joke Emily girl…it's not. I'm so sorry"
"There is no way that is true! You are making it up!" I yelled at him.
