When I was ten years old, my brother made his first transformation into his wolf. I remember hiding behind a tree as Alpha Noah talked him through it.
I think it was the first time I saw Ari cry and the first time I saw my father look like he was in physical pain just watching him go through the most excruciating pain of his life.
Alph Noah looked away at interval to wince and clench his fist before turning to him to whisper 'you are doing great, kid' 'It will be over very soon' 'You are taking it like a champ!'
Truth is he wasn't, he was yelling and howling at the same time as each bone snapped and reshaped before his eyes.
