Chapter 216: Beating the odd
Waylen's POV
I unbuttoned a couple of buttons to facilitate breathing even though I was in a very well air conditioned private jet with a glass of ice brandy in my hand.
My mind drifted in and out of several conversations in my head.
I wondered if I screamed very loudly whether I would feel better but I had my kids with me in the other part of the jet playing video games, so I guess I will never know.
I picked up the bottle to pour more brandy but it was empty and I wasn't even buzzed. I swear being a werewolf has its disadvantages as our body tends to dilute alcohol very quickly.
I dropped the bottle and I was in the process of calling for an air hostess to bring more when I saw someone's foot near mine.
