Chapter 154: Get it together!
Emily's POV
"Tell the Queen I will see her very soon. Thank you" I shut the door after me and entered my room.
Going on a double date with Cassie and the king is the last thing I wanted to do but my hands were tied. Nobody says no to the king and his nosy Queen.
I let out a breath and tried to calm myself before I went in search of an appropriate outfit for my date.
I opened my wardrobe to pick out an outfit. I wanted to choose a comfortable t-shirt and a pair of jeans but one of the drawbacks of being a working Royal is that somehow Jeans and t-shirts are forbidden, it was like they had something against feeling comfortable and so, I went with a blue dress. It was a gift from my very pregnant brother's wife, Pru. It was a cute and elegant dress but most importantly it was modest.
I dropped it on the bed and took off my clothes. I wrapped a white towel around my body as I made my way into the bathroom.
