Chereads / Pampered by My Mate / Chapter 7 - Pervert

Chapter 7 - Pervert

Tris was a little flustered.

Why couldn't she sense Maggie's aura? It was as if Maggie had suddenly disappeared.

But that was impossible!

Maggie was her comrade in arms and her companion. Even if everyone in the world had left her, Maggie would still be by her side!

The cold wind blew against Tris' hair. She felt that after her rebirth, her strength and speed seemed to have hit their maximum.

She felt that if she continued to train and break through her limits, she might be able to reach a more substantial level.

However, none of this made her happy because her dear Maggie had suddenly disappeared.

Tris let out a long howl at the moon as if begging the Moon Goddess to bring her dear Maggie back.

In the cold spring water in the mountains, a man took off his clothes and immersed himself in the clear water.

Hearing the long howl, the man was suddenly stunned.

His pupils quickly contracted into a vertical line, and his irises began to turn golden.

In the blink of an eye, a giant silver wolf jumped out of the water and rushed toward the sound source.

No matter how strong Tris was, she was tired after running for so long and fell to the ground.

'My dear Maggie. Did you make the exchange with the Moon Goddess and give me a second life?

'But without you, my life would not be complete.'

"Awoo—" a sharp howl pierced the air.

Feeling something behind her pouncing on her, she immediately rolled to the right.

She was already very fast, but... she was still pushed to the ground by a wolf with beautiful silver fur.

Tris looked at the pale golden pupils in shock.

She had never seen such a powerful and beautiful silver wolf.

Every strand of hair on the silver wolf seemed to be shining under the moonlight, giving off a glowing silvery light, like a ball of silver flame.

It was like god's work of art.

"Rip—" Tris' clothes were suddenly torn apart by the silver wolf's sharp claws.

Oh my god... Such a beautiful silver wolf but a pervert?

Tris was frightened and struggled with all her might.

At this moment, Ivan looked at the woman before him resisting. He seemed confused and injured.

Why would she reject him?

Couldn't she feel it?

They were Fated Mates!

Eric was surprised, too.

His wolf Ivan kept sniffing the woman in front of him. The intense desire for his Fated Mate made Ivan howl in excitement.

"No, Ivan, she is not..." Eric said.

This woman did not react to him or Ivan at all.

The silver wolf wanted to continue doing something. Eric looked at the girl's panicked expression. His strong self-esteem made him forcefully suppress Ivan's will with his thoughts.

Tris felt the weight on her body disappear quickly. The silver wolf howled in pain and rushed into the depths of the forest.

She panted, still a little scared.

How did she meet a perverted wolf in the Dark Forest?

Seeing the silver wolf's reaction, Tris vaguely guessed—did it think she was its Fated Mate?

Impossible. She didn't feel it at all.

Tris didn't know how werewolves would react when they met their Fated Mate. She thought about it and felt that it was more likely that the silver wolf was just a pervert.

She stood up and realized that her clothes were torn.

She could only use a secret method to call Fiona telepathically.

Fiona came to see her the next day and said worriedly, "Sweetheart, you were in danger yesterday. Why didn't you call Maggie?"

Tris didn't hide anything from Fiona. She took Fiona's hand and said, "Maggie has disappeared. Fiona, no one can know about this. You must keep it a secret for me!"

Werewolves losing their wolves were no different from weak humans.

Fiona's eyes widened. After a long while, she nodded and said, "But my dear, what happened?"

Tris hadn't told Fiona about her rebirth. It wasn't that she didn't trust Fiona, but it was unbelievable. She didn't know what to say for a moment.

They were talking when Aunt Sophie pushed the door open and came in. "Sweetheart, Victor sent you a gift."

Tris frowned when she heard Victor's name.

Aunt Sophie asked someone to bring in a large bouquet of roses with a handwritten card.

"My dearest Tris, you will always be a treasure given to me by the Moon Goddess. I will protect and love you with my life. Your devout admirer, Victor."

Fiona had never been in a relationship before. When she saw Victor's mushy words, she felt sick.

"Tris, can I throw this bouquet out the window? It makes me sick."

Tris laughed and asked Aunt Sophie to take the flowers out.

"There will be a bouquet every day in the future. You have to get used to it." Tris knew Victor very well. He was a man who knew how to make women happy.

It was just that he had never put this kind of effort into her before.

Now that he knew he was going to get a divorce, he was pulling these tricks out of his sleeves.
