(Demon Lord Rins View) Currently at his palace.
Everything changes with each prophet I fight but this feels different somehow, maybe it's not best to underestimate him. He doesn't seem like the others before him, his intentions seem dead set on wiping me out.
Though I don't find it possible with what we have in store. Powerful demons made from the best genetics, how could he stop them?
"My lord, he might be reaching his limit soon." Says a demon as he kneels.
Hmm so it's about time to rejuvenate him once more, he'll die otherwise. We need an army to stop this prophet or else maybe the times will change.
Renjan made a fatal mistake trying to kill me years ago and now remains here as my personal test subject.
"I'll see to him quickly." I respond while getting up from my throne.
Everyone has a secret of some sort, this was mine and would always be mine. It would ruin the element of surprise if the enemy knew how we were making such powerful demons in the first place.
I walked out of the throne room and had to go deep into the dungeon where we had Renjan contained.
"You sick bastard.." Says Renjan with a weak voice.
"You really are getting drained, no worry. I'll help with that." I reply while pulling out a special potion.
His body looked disgusting after each time he was drained to this point but this would revitalize him again. It was a pain making these potions but I had enough materials in stock from the previous worlds I went to.
It helps when you live through many different worlds, but the problem is when you keep losing before you can achieve your goal. This time will be different, the relic is almost ready to activate.
Once it's active, the prophet will have no chance of stopping the chaos I plan to unleash on everyone. The world will become mine and everyone will bend to my every demand.
After leaving my thought I bring the potion over to Renjan and hold his mouth open as I pour it down his throat.
Gulp. Gulp. All that was heard as the potion went down his throat.
"You sick bastard.." Renjan says while looking away from me.
At the end of the day he put himself in this position instead of letting someone else deal with the problem. Then again I heard it had to do with his son, who I'm positive is the prophet now.
To be a prophet is the biggest death sentence known to any of the humans who were given the title. It didn't make sense to give humans such a job, but I don't make the calls so it's not my problem.
The only annoying thing is that they've all been pretty strong, just not strong enough to permanently deal with me.
"Anyway back to doing what you do best for me Renjan." I say before walking away.
It only took a few moments to get back to my throne and as I sat down my daughet entered the room.
"What do you need my precious little girl?" I ask while sitting upon my throne.
"I just wanted to ask if you needed help with anything." She Responds while giving a smile.
My precious little girl Rose who had her mother's features for the most part always wants to help me but I can't let that happen. If I lost her, everything would be chaotic.
The long dark red hair she had was just like her mother's, alongside those red eyes that I couldn't ever bare such a shade of red. It wouldn't suit me, hers were crimson red and the best shade for most female demons.
Usually it was a sign of power when they had such a nice shade of red.
"There is nothing at the moment Rose." I say while focusing on her.
"Okay." She replies before walking out the room.
Of course I can understand the frustration of not having much to do but I refuse to let her help, she will not meet the same fate as her mother. I'll protect her forever and always don't you worry baby.
(Back in the Normal World) Leo's View.
Drip. Drip.
Everything around me seemed dark and all I could feel was the wetness all around my body. It was my blood that was all around me but how did I survive the explosion?
No one seems to be around so I wonder if it's possible to get back to the base, maybe the others are there as well. Gah..
It all hurts quite a bit but I didn't want them to die to that piece of shit. He deserves to die and Kamako will make that happen, I'm positive about that.
"Ahhh." I shout while standing up slowly.
Everything hurt and all I could see was darkness all around me. Drip. Splat.
I lost a lot of blood, it's a miracle I'm even alive. If I just can make it back ill be able to use the emergency potion that is left there. Hopefully it's there or hopefully the others are there to help me.
Moving my hand slowly up, I made a portal and made my way through it.
Fwoosh!! Everything changed around me and it seemed like I was back in the base, time to find the potion before it's too late. It took a bit of scavenging but then I finally found it.
Smash! I broke the case that held it and quickly downed the potion before it was too late.
I felt weird at first but then suddenly everything began to heal.
"Hello?!?! You guys here!?!?" I shout while walking around.
At least my wounds were healing fast, this made it easier to look for the others. Where could they be though?
(Kamako's View) Back in the Sanctuary.
I think I'm ready to discuss what's next with the others. This plan was definitely worth explaining to them.
"Then let's go tell them." Says Zara.
