It's been about two weeks since Kamako was taken into that book and possibly that world or whatever it is. I've been losing my mind because this is all new to me and I haven't even been able to find my prophet.
He's somewhere that I have no idea how to get to and Leo refuses to tell me if there's even a way for me to get to him in the first place.
"Irie calm down, he's okay." Says Leo while sitting around.
"How can I be calm? He's in a place completely unknown to him and doesn't even have help if he needs it." I ask before saying what's on my mind.
"This is nothing for a prophet. Trust me, it'll probably help him more than anything." Answers Leo with a calm tone.
I sat with Leo and began to think back to when I was in my homelands. This was the best way to take my mind off of things while Kamako is away.
{300 Years Ago} Back in My Homelands.
It was another day for me just getting through the day and learning as much as I could about the future prophets. Mom always said it was best to be prepared for the future.
Only 100 years have passed since the last prophet saved the world from the chaotic demon lord. It was a sad day I heard but my Mom told me never to worry, as long as prophets existed we had a chance.
Even though succubus are supposed to suck the life out of humans through uh seductive ways, we also had another job which was aiding the prophets who were to save both demons and humans.
This didn't mean that no one worried about what was to come of the world if they failed but we continued on regardless. Practicing using our power and making sure to get as much information on the prophet as possible.
Not only that but each world that these prophets come from is different and so is the potential prophet we discover. I've also been told it's not easy to find the prophet you're supposed to help with saving the world.
But all that changed when I realized that it was my time to find my prophet.
"Irie our prophet is located in a more modern Era." Says a woman.
This woman who knew where to find a prophet sometimes was named Jen. She was very good at her job and was like me, new to the field but yet she excelled at it very much so.
The prophet was the first one for both of us and his name is Kamako Hirigia. A 24 year old guy who is about to lose his job and spiral downwards.
{Current Time} Back in reality.
Damnit I started thinking about him again so this is a problem I'd rather not deal with right now. He's on my mind for a reason and I know he might need my help.
(Kamako's View) In the Training Yard.
I managed to rest up and came back out to this training yard once more. It was kind of nice that someone existed in this world who knew what I needed to do next.
They may not know that I'm this prophet person or that I'm supposed to stop a demon lord but them helping with my power is good enough for me.
"You've done well so far Kamako." Says Rina as she gives me a smile.
"Thank you Rina." I reply before looking back towards the training dummies.
I can't lose my focus now, as much as I think she's a good looking woman with amazing features. I wonder how soft they must be?
Damn stop it Kamako, focus.
I focused on something different and realized a ball of fire formed in my hands, it seemed to also be getting a little bigger. Probably best to throw it now.
Fwoosh!! I threw the ball of fire towards a dummy and it set it on fire like it was nothing and even spread a little bit.
That's pretty damn awesome!!
I don't know what other magic resides in this world or if it relates to my power or not but I need to figure that out. If I can and then I can use it, it'll be amazing.
"You're getting pretty good at this. Soon we'll be doing our next lesson. You are basically done with the first." Says Rina as she gives a small clap.
I liked that she gave me praise but this isn't enough to give me the strength to stop demons just yet. I must master it all and then I'll be ready to hunt more demons, then the demon lord himself.
Honestly though I do miss Irie being here with me. I just remembered that she wasn't here with me and that Rina just looks a lot like her.
It's nice though that I'm learning like this, I had to deal with physical training before so learning magic at this pace helps me understand things.
Also I wonder if I'll get my own harem of girls in my lifetime, being I'm this prophet who's supposed to save the world. Jeez I have so many thoughts running through my mind all at once but it's understandable right?
Shit back to practicing. I brought about a ball of fire in one hand and a ball of water in the other.
Wind trickled around the fire a bit and I even made it ripple throughout the water ball too. Time to see what happens when I throw them towards two different dummies at the same time.
Fwoosh!!! The fire ball hit two dummies and set things ablaze while the ball of water tore through the other dummy and splashed against the wall.
Damn did that really go right through the dummy?
The fire also seems quite strong as well so it seems those are pretty easy for me you use but I wonder what else im truly capable of.
"Kamako we will learn new magic in our next lesson. You've seem to understand the elements you possess for the most part." Says Rina before heading towards the house.
"Alright awesome." I reply before following behind Rina.
Woah she really does have a nice... Uh yeah like two perfect peaches... Nevermind my mind is wandering once more.
Another day of learning is coming..
