It was a week after Marcius's planned ambush of the Nkrumah family. And a day after his personal assassin Adrian Sulla had returned from his mission of escorting the newly orphaned children of the Nkrumah family toward an orphanage in an appropriate city within the neighboring kingdom of Zhanshi.
The event still left a bad aftertaste in his mouth but Marcius just acknowledge the matter as a necessity for the future of his family and clan. It did not mean Marcius did not know it was wrong. He just accepted that it was necessary.
