It was later into the night when Marcius heard Toros's voice outside of his office's door in the governor's mansion.
He was reviewing the damage reports of his town before going to sleep.
"Come in," Marcius replied. A frown appeared on his face because it was really late into the night.
With his permission, the door opened and Toros walked in, followed by a middle-aged man.
Marcius looked up from the papers to have a better look at the guest.
