Chapter 17 - Other Trainee's?

Junho arrived at the dance room an hour earlier since he had woken up much earlier than anticipated, he didn't know what to do since it was his first time here, out of all the evaluations he was most unfamiliar with the dance evaluation since he used to judge trainee's singing evaluation only.

"Oppa?"

Junho heard a familiar voice, it was someone who he met yesterday.

"Sejeong? You're here pretty early."

"I don't have class today, usually I only come here in the afternoon."

"I see, so what do we usually do here?"

"If an instructor is present then we have to either follow his choreography then present it to them after three hours of practice, but usually if they're not here that means we have the day to practice what they gave us then perform it for the weekly evaluations or make your own choreography for the weekly evaluations."

"Thank you."

"It's not a problem Oppa!"

Seojeong smiled at Junho who smiled back at her.

"Is there a choreography that we have to present?"

"No, we just finished yesterday so today is gonna be either a new choreography, we'll know once if a choregrapher comes in."

Soon the room filled with different trainee's Junho could see familiar faces, he didn't know what to do or what to say as it was a different feeling meeting them as a trainee and no longer as a producer.

Sejeong noticed this but didn't care, she saw her friends had arrived and directly went to them as she was also smart enough to get caught in rumors as early as now, to Junho he also didn't mind and waved her goodbye as being a producer he too had many idols as friends that had shared their experiences with him and he knew why Seojeong left.

Junho looked at the room as it was getting filled with people, he soon felt someone tap his shoulders, he looked at the youth in front of him who was all smiles.

"Are you new here too?"

"Yeah, what about you?"

"Sorta, My Name is Park Jinyoung."

"Park Junho"

"Are we relatives? I'm from Changwon"

"I'm fairly sure we're not, I'm from Daegu"

"Guess we aren't, do you know anyone else from here?"

"Well aside from Seojeong over there I really don't know anyone."

"Then I'm pleased to make your acquaintance"

"I could say the same"

As the two were getting friendly Seojeong on the other hand was getting interviewed by her friends asking who the boy with Jinyoung was.

"He's Park Junho I just met him yesterday."

"Ah right some of you were absent when he performed here with Ms. Mia"

"Why who is he? All I know is he's new here."

Seojeong wondered as her friends kept pestering her.

"You really don't know?"

"If I knew I wouldn't ask Jihyo."

"Well there's rumors going around that his cousin is Taeyeon! They were seen together once and it looked like they were really close, wait didn't you get called for something yesterday?"

"Yeah, It was a shoot for Taeyeon unnie's Music video well with Junho."

"Really? What did you shoot!?"

Before Seojeong could reply the choreographed had arrived already, everyone was called in, then they began talking about the new weekly evaluations as well as the current rankings of who was first, Junho noted it down and again saw familiar names but he couldn't see them yet.

After a few hours of Practicing Junho left the dance room and said goodbyes to the new friends he had made, he even had asked Jinyoung about JayB but to his amazement he never heard of him which made him think of something else.

"Where are you going?"

"I'm going to the recording studio"

"What are you gonna do there?"

"How do I put this? Well ugh My Noona called me."

"So Taeyeon is your Noona? Like an actual relative?"

"No, well I have to get going."

"Take care Junho"

"You too Jinyoung"

Junho immediately went to the recording studio Woo-Jin had told to come to the recording studio, he didn't know why as he already knew his schedule so he doubted him when he arrived there he saw two familiar faces, it was Woo-Jin and Taeyeon.

"Noona?"

"Oh hey there, you look like you saw a ghost."

"Just get to the point Taeyeon."

"Right, I'll be your Vocal Coach, but when I'm free only, and right now I am for half the year presumably."

"Don't you have any other activities like promoting your new solo?"

"Right now JYP has just released a song and it's not gonna die down anytime soon just by looking at the numbers it'll still go up since everyone thinks its a bop and we don't want, specifically Taeyeon doesn't want kill his hype since he's an old man so she'll let her get it for now."

"You know if he hears you say those words."

"He's paying me to babysit Junho he at least should put up with it."

"Well I don't have any problems about Noona teaching me for half a year but what about the others?"

"They can't say anything besides someone here told lots of people that someone here too was their cousin so there's lots of rumors running around now but let's add to that myth besides no one will say a thing if I say you're my relative"

"Well I won't decline the offer and happily accept it."

"Good, now go into to the booth and sing the notes I've prepared inside I'll assess what level you are now"

"Isn't he good enough already?"

"Nonsense, he's good alright, good enough to win singing competitions and I'm sure he doesn't want that right? He's still rough around the edges and I want to polish that."

Junho nodded, Woo-Jin just watched and Taeyeon gave the order to start, Junho began practicing earnestly although he was nervous he knew he had to get used to it and that he had to perform his best since he was getting trained by Taeyeon herself.

As Junho was practicing inside the booth.

"What's in it for you"

Woo-Jin asked Taeyeon as Junho was still singing inside the booth.

"Nothing, I just want to see him succeed, what about you?"

"I guess we're the same then, but still aren't you taking advantage of his kindness?"

"He's smart enough to know its a give and take world."

"It is."

"See, besides if my career gets a huge boost so will his, it just proves that he's better and he will be."

"But you're already a guaranteed hit."

"Who knows, let's leave it up all to fate."
