My hands were still around his shoulders and I didn't know what to do between tightening my hold around his shoulders or loosening it completely, because my head was still spinning from the new turn of events.
Ash's hands were more firm than I ever thought they could get some time ago, and I tried not to focus on the fact that there was only a little space that was separating both our chests from touching each other, as I held his gaze. His gaze was almost emotionless, the only emotion I could spot on his face was the relaxed expression over his face right now, as he stared up at me. I swallowed emptily, asking myself what I was supposed to do right now, or what was going to happen next, and most importantly, what has led to this.
Ash blinked at me slowly as he began to speak, and his hands were still forming wrapped around my waist.
