Scribner swallowed and blinked his eyes. He wasn't really looking at the injury and was solely concentrated on the princess's arm that was in his hands, totally oblivious to anyone else that was in the room with them. The only person that he could see, the only person that he was focused on was the princess.
Yuri didn't even notice what was happening and she kept waiting for Scribner to be done with what he was checking out. She needed to be out of that place as her mind was beginning to swirl with plans to go on a long walk that evening. She wanted some alone time to herself and needed to think about what she would do to win her father's support. Yuri didn't want to go on that heir tour next month and she needed her father on board with her.
