Meanwhile, in the Sandulf settlement, the meeting that they had all been waiting for and had gathered for was about to commence. The other two smaller packs had their representatives present while Antonio, Carlos, Luana, and Saku sat at an area where one would describe as the high table. They were the governing board as no one from the other two packs was stronger than any of the above mentioned people.
