A few seconds, Tatsumi opened his eyes. A new surrounding welcome him. It took him a while but a clear confusion appeared on his face.
"Wh--What the.. I thought I die--." (Tatsumi)

A loud noise interrupted Tatsumi from behind. There he saw a Old man, who probably fell, trying to get up as quickly as possible.
----- The eyes of the Old man and Tatsumi met.
"Ah-Ahem.. Hello there young man, I am Raja, a god responsible for reincarnat---" (Old Man)
Maybe due to the awkwardness the old man tried to bring his dignity back but alas Tatsumi could not help but giggle a little.
"Sor-- Sorry, please continue" ( Tatsumi)
"Ahem, Thank you, Young Man. As I said earlier I am the god responsible for reincarnation, Raja. I am here in front of you young man to congratulate you for being chosen to be reincarnated. You have the right to choose a World that you would be reincarnating to."
Tatsumi was a little surprise by this. He did not think he could reincarnate and plus a world of his choosing. It took a while for Tatsumi to ask a question.
" Can it be a-any world like Anime world or the Dc/Marvel Universe?" (Tatsumi)
" Of course, you the privilege to choose. Any world your world deem fiction has been a reality really, Young Man. Any fiction has a truth base on it." (Old Man)
Excited, Tatsumi could not contain his smile. With many thoughts running in his mind.
(What world do I go to. To many choices but I need to choose the best candidate. I can't choose something too dangerous so NarutoVerse and One PieceVerse is out of the question. I do like them but its to trouble some to participate in the politics of this world. So the best choice is My Hero Academia. Its perfect modern age and sweet powers. but wait--) (Tatsumi)
"Excuse me god, but do I get any wishes?" (Tatsumi)
"Ah, That's right, Young Man. I forgot but sorry no wishes but you can Spin this, (poff) Wheel. It base on good luck, so it is in your hands what you can get."(Old Man)
A wheel appeared near the old man. 'Well at least i can get a power', thought Tatsumi.
"I have made my decision, I choose the world of My Hero Academia. Can I be reincarnated the same age as the main cast?" (Tatsumi)
"Of course Young man. Now all you needed is to spin this wheel" (Old Man)
Taking a deep breath, Tatsumi approached the wheel.
With two hands, Tatsumi spun the wheel.

It took a while but the wheel slow down that Tatsumi can see what what written in the wheel. He could see what powers what appeared on the wheel. Sharingan, Byakugan, Gura Gura no mi, Gomo Gomo no mi.... powers Tatsumi wanted pass by and the wheel comes to a stop....
"What is this? Bounce Bounce Fruit?" (Tatsumi)
"Ohh, congratulation, Young Man. With that done I shall congratulate you again in your reincarnation Young man." (Old Man)
