Currently, teleportation technology is mobilized by StarLabs, founded in honor of the scientists who discovered and studied Zeta Rays, an energy capable of moving matter from point A to point B.
With this experiment he brought the Martian J'onn J'onzz to Earth, but died of a heart attack due to the shock of seeing J'onn's appearance. After this incident the study of Zeta Rays became crucial to the development of the Zeta Tubes, which became a means for the Justice League to transit around the globe.
But this technology had a small bias , there had to be at least two Zeta tubes for the transition to work , otherwise the device simply did not work , in addition it was limited to one person at a time , making it less viable for other forces such as armies .
However, six months after the arrival of Sunspot, the Brazilian hero began to work on a new way to use the Zeta Rays, using his intellect from the geniuses of a slightly more advanced universe, he had achieved.
Using the designs of the Chronal accelerator developed by the most sympathetic gorilla in video games, Winston, and adapting it with Zeta tube technology, he developed a device he called the Zeta Boom.
It had a format similar to the Chronal accelerator used by the character called Tracer, but instead of the blue energy it emitted the golden Zeta rays, it created something called "Zeta Zone", everyone in that zone would be subject to teleportation to another previously designated area, able to take even large vessels, this project had been financed by the government and now was the time to show results.
The question was the source of energy, because a device of that size to teleport the entire fleet would need enormous amounts of energy, but luckily, they had an unlimited source of clean and renewable energy, and that was the Sunspot.
All the soldiers saw the hero messing with the device and were waiting for the moment of the attack, and when the last minute of the attack timer was gone, they were surrounded by a huge golden dome, and before they realized it, there was no one in the Bay of Guanabara as they were teleported out to sea from Santa Prisca.

The Justice League had issued an emergency meeting at its satellite base, due to the fact that the deadline for the Brazilian attack was running out and the two sides appeared to be willing to slaughter each other.
"So what are our options?" Superman asked the League members who were present at that emergency meeting to discuss the matter.
They were present, Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Red Tornado, Green Arrow, Green Lantern Hal Jordan, Black Canary, Captain Marvel and Aquaman, those who were not present had more pressing matters, less the Martian manhunter who was on a mission secret.
After the Santa Prisca broadcast ended, the Hall of Justice was besieged by an army of reporters wanting to know where the League stood and whether it would interfere, including Lois Lane. This was clearly a sovereign issue for Brazil as per the stated intention of the Brazilian government, but the presence of superhuman criminals allowed for the deployment of the League in accordance with the UN League charter to which Brazil was a signatory. Behind-the-scenes pressure from the US government and its allies was not helping.
"I vote we stay out of this battle and let the Brazilian military handle it." Green Arrow spoke, while others looked at him in surprise.
"Don't you think you're being a little drastic?" Dinah asked her husband.
"Hey, for once, I'm on board with what they're doing there! Did you know the street value of coke has skyrocketed 700% in Star City?, drug addicts and gangs are running out of drugs everywhere, and if Brazilians hit the hammer in Santa Prisca, we're looking at the end of a certain criminal profession forever! Tell me, can't you not be okay with this?" He asked as the others considered his point.
"I agree that this is the most logical course of action." Red Tornado spoke.
"Although it has led to much violence between gangs, this is a passing wave and according to my calculations it will soon die out permanently, I suggest that they let the Brazilians deal with the criminals." The scarlet machine finished its speech.
"It's not that simple" Batman said.
"While I agree that this is good from a long-term perspective, it will do a lot of damage in the short term, in the last nine months since Sunspot began its crackdown, drug shipments to the U.S. have dropped by 55% and other places of production such as Mexico, Afghanistan, Bialya or even Qurac can't keep up with excessive demand, criminal groups are getting desperate, data points to over 4,789 criminals killed in clashes with law enforcement in the US alone since this began, if we add that number from all over the world, it goes up to a hundred thousand or more." Batman showed the data on the holographic screen.
"Not to mention the collateral damage and innocents caught in the crossfire, even if we are very capable, we can't be everywhere, and even then we also have to consider that cartels can lash out in desperation, causing massive damage. " Superman pointed as everyone looked at the numbers on their monitors.
"I think we're past that point, Batman, or didn't you see that lunatic call the Brazilian government and Sunspot to war?" Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern currently on Earth, spoke as he brought up Snowflame's speech again.
"Yes, the real reason the US and some other countries are upset is because the Brazilian government is using a superhuman as their legal enforcer, and everyone is just jealous of the fact that they didn't think of that first." Wonder Woman pointed, to which Batman nodded.
"If this is successful, we could see countries rushing to build their own national superhuman forces, and we will be looking at a potential superhuman arms race, which is not a good development for an international organization like ours." Batman pointed.
"Perhaps the fact that the League was only filled with US-based heroes gave the impression that we are affiliated only with the United States, despite our mandate in the UN, this may be one reason why the Brazilians took this path." Aquaman speculated, while some were clumsy at the thought.
"Perhaps it was a mistake not to expand the League earlier and bring in more people from all over the world, and now we will have to expand even more after that, if only to pacify the panicked politicians and undermine the eventual superhuman super-arms race that will develop. " Superman pointed, while everyone was silent.
"Let's be honest, the real reason the government's nose is so out of place is because they can't deal with the fact that a powerful superhuman who is not American and not in the League is working for another government." Black Canary pointed.
"They're literally watching the Brazilian government use what they've dreamed of for years, and it's giving many members of Congress a serious case of heartburn." Green Arrow agreed.
"Yes, but that doesn't change the question, what are we going to do with Santa Prisca?" Aquaman brought up the questioning.
"We watch, and if things go wrong, we intervene, I've already sent the Martian Manhunter on a spy mission, your powers will be perfect for that." Batman declared, to which there were deep breaths among the table.
"Don't you think it's a little dangerous to send J'onn alone?" Wonder Woman questioned.
"Perhaps, but your skills are the only ones that can handle any scenery, not to mention we couldn't send the Team, not with the situation being so unstable." Batman said, reassuring those who didn't want children involved.
"What if things don't get out of hand?" Hal Jordan asked.
"So we stayed put." Superman replied.
"Many governments, including ours, will not be happy about this." He pointed at Green Arrow, to which Superman shrugged.
"They will learn to deal with it." Everyone but Batman laughed at the good humor.
But then suddenly an emergency call was triggered, Batman immediately answered, it was the Martian Manhunter's communicator.
"J'onn what happened?!" Batman quickly questioned.
"We have a problem." J'onn said as he observed the situation in front of him, he then triggered a camera and the images were reaching the Watch Tower.
"I suspected that. He really was hiding a lot about himself." Batman half whispered, half spoke, even as everyone turned to look at him.
He silently projected his screen to everyone and the entire room went tomb-silent as the magnitude of what they were seeing deepened.
