ARIANA'S POV:
I had just had my bath and changed into clean clothes when my phone suddenly ringed and a message from an unknown number came up.
"I didn't give anyone my phone number or is it Joshua?" I thought to myself, about to block the number when the person suddenly sent a voice note.
'Mia you know I've been really worried that you wouldn't come back, I miss you.'
'I'm sorry for everything I've done, you see I didn't mean to make you jealous it was all Ariana's fault, I promise to never let her come on between us.'
'Joshua, I forgive you, we will make a new start.'
'Yes... actually, there is something I've been meaning to tell you all this while but I didn't realize it until recently how much our mean to me.'
'I love you Mia.'
' I love you too joshua.'
"No!" I screamed.
"So all this while Joshua was in love with Mia." I said to myself when suddenly a video popped up after the audio note.
"What?" I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a picture of Mia and Joshua kissing.
...
"Honey, you're back home." Ariana's mum said as she helped her husband undress.
"Babe, there is something I'll like to tell you and Aria." He said as he removed his tie.
"Really? I also have something to say." She said.
"Oh! Why don't you go ahead and say what you want first." He said.
"Honey, Ariana needs a change of school, she's actually not fitting in like I thought." She said as her husband nodded.
"Well we don't have to think much on that since we are moving." He said.
"We are moving away again?" She looked worried.
"Yeah, and you don't need to have that look on your face, we are moving to a very good estate don't worry."
"Sure." She nodded.
...
The next day, Joshua woke up with a splitting headache as he saw Sebastian sitting beside him as he handed him a glass of water.
"Ouch! My head hurts!" Joshua complained as he rubbed his forehead in pain.
"You drank so much that Mia had to call me up." Sebastian explained.
"Mia? But Ariana was here last night?" Joshua stated as Sebastian looked at him confused.
"Ariana? I think you had a dream, We went over to Ariana's house and she told us not to ever show our faces again." He explained.
"Wait...why?" Joshua asked, confused.
"She's find out about the bet." He sighed.
"Sh*t! She wasn't supposed to find out until I've told her everything." He groaned.
"Who told her?" He demanded as Sebastian shook his head in denial.
"I need to see her now to clear things up!" He said.
"No! Now's not the right time... she's really mad at you." He said.
"Let go! I need to see her now!"
...
DING! DONG!
"I'm coming!" Ariana's mum shouted as she went to see who it was, surprised to see Joshua.
"Joshua? What are you doing here?" She asked in a non- friendly tone.
"Is Ariana home? I'll like to speak with her." He said.
"My daughter doesn't want to see anyone, especially not you." She said.
"Ma'am please just for the last time please?" He pleaded.
"You know what Joshua, I liked you the first time I saw you but now I despise you for what you did to my daughter, please leave!" She said as she slammed the door shut on his face.
TWO WEEKS LATER:
ARIANA'S POV:
The summer holidays have finally started and so today was the day we were moving out to another house. I know I always liked the idea of moving out but this house had made me feel emotions that had never felt before but I just can't stay here anymore because this house reminds me of Joshua and my past and I want to leave all of that behind.
"Aria darling!" Mum called. " It's time to go!" She announced as I hurried downstairs and took one last look at the house which had been my home for nine whole months. I looked at it and smiled. I'm finally going away again.
"Let's go mum!" I said as she held into me tightly and gave me a hug.
"Let's go dear!" She said once we broke the hug and entered into the car.
To be honest, I don't think this is the end but actually a beginning to something even better. I'll once again remain Ariana Watson and this was my story.
