Antediluvian Age

As an age of colonialism comes to an end, smaller regional powers have become superpowers, and now flex their wings, as the planet is held hostage on puppet strings. New weapons of unimaginable power are wielded by the few, and terrifying biological research is conducted without oversight or scrutiny, as the many suffer due to the intense climate changes and dwindling resources. As trade agreements and alliances from the East to the West fall apart at the seams, policies of bread and circuses keep the masses completely unaware of the extent of societal breakdown, as the Pacific teeters on the brink of total war.
