Wang Tao's figure was visible in his friend's office moments later. Taking notes that the man wasn't there, he plopped down on the couch to wait for Zhou Jian.
Rolling around a bit, he made himself home, staring at the ceiling. Hours had gone by and just as his eyes became a bit tired, he noticed the man seated next to him. His half shut eyes fully opened as he looked at the smile on the man's face.
"Welcome back, A Tao. How was your stay?"
The Celestial's eyes narrowed as he leaned into the rub. The comforting feeling of the man's warm hands were something he'd missed greatly. Absentmindedly, he answered,
"Mmm, it was okay…I handled everything."
Holding back the urge to purr, Wang Tao sat up once Zhou Jian stopped. Rubbing his eyes a bit, he met the man's gaze and felt warmth at the delight his friend showed. It seemed like the other had really missed him.
Zhou Jian smile dropped slightly when he remembered something, growing a bit nervous.
At first, he was uncertain about whether or not to inform the other but realized that it would probably be best if the Celestial heard it from him.
"A Tao."
"Yeah?"
"I have something to tell you."
"Ok?"
"...I'm married…to Chen Xiang. It's been about six months."
Zhou Jian observed the other closely and was relieved and a bit confused at the lack of reaction.
Wang Tao didn't think much when he heard this but he raised a brow observing the man's reaction.
"Did you think I would be surprised? It's not if you consider how long you two have been together."
Zhou Jian aknowledged it, finally setting aside his worries, before proposing that the two get something to eat.
Agreeing, Wang Tao excitedly jumped up and followed the amused man.
"Does this era have pork?"
"Did you think they didn't?"
Wang Tao shrugged.
"I don't know, I've never been to this era before."
Shaking his head, Zhou Jian stepped off the stairs with a smile.
"Well I assure you that there is."
Humming in satisfaction, the silver eyes scanned the area in a glance, inwardly thinking that the house was very cosy.
On the left of the spacious room was the living room, with three comfy couches facing a hologram smart tv. On the right was the kitchen, with speak counters, AI's placed on the side for kitchen work and an isle with stools lined up on one side.
Sitting on a stool, Wang Tao propped his head up with his hands as he stared at Zhou Jian. The handsome man was getting busy in the kitchen, cooking up a meal. His extremely skilled hands were a blur as they worked their magic.
Wang Tao tilted his head slightly as he curiously questioned the man.
"Why aren't you using the Tec? I thought that robots do that nowadays."
"Yeah but don't you think it would be better if I did it?"
"Better than an AI?...No."
Zhou Jian's gloating expression swiftly changed into one of shock and disbelief. Wang Tao laughed at the exaggerated way the man expressed how offended he was.
"We'll see if you say that after you taste my masterpiece. By the way, this is a one time treat for narrow minded people."
Zhou Jian served his friend with a smile and watched the younger man taste the meal. The dish was cleared in seconds, leaving a messy Wang Tao. The Celestial stared longingly between the empty plate and the remaining food on the stove as regret crept in.
The Zion did his best to keep a straight face as he waited patiently for the little cat to finish his inner monologue of misery. The older man swore he could see fluffy ears drooping when Wang Tao peeked up at him and mumbled,
"I-I'm not a narrow minded person believe me…It was delicious…could I get more?"
The last part was said so softly that it almost couldn't be counted as a whisper. Zhou Jian's heart warmed and he decided to let the other's words pass. He reached for the other plate, watching in amusement as Wang Tao's eyes lit up.
"Hubby!"
The Zion looked towards the door and smiled at his wife. He hugged the other back and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
Cheng Xiang smiled brightly at him before noting the others' presence. Shock flashed across his face as he glanced at the other.
"W-Wang Tao?"
"Mmm."
The Celestial's appetite vanished and his friend realized. Before the Zion could say something, the other excused himself and left.
Covering up his satisfaction, the transmigrator looked between Wang Tao's back and Zhou Jian in worry. Seeing this, Zhou Jian changed the subject, asking him how his day was.
The other excitedly told him in detail about the filming he did that day. His husband listened attentively to his speech.

On a dark night in the city two figures resembling men could be seen in a dark alleyway. The taller one hastily kissed the other as the shorter one struggled to pull down the other's shirt.
Soon enough soft moans could be heard as the cold night covered up the steamy session. The pheromones of an alpha and Omega penetrated the air but were quickly covered by the other smells present in the atmosphere.
Once they were finished, they quickly fixed their appearance and left the alleyway, acting as if nothing had happened. Hurrying and separating as if they had never met.
A nearby male who had been walking the streets glanced at them just as they exited. He froze for a second, caching a glimpse of a suspicious liquid on one of their shirts. He frowned slightly before he continued on his way.

Wang Tao stooped in the garden, carefully observing the dark silver flowers. He frowned slightly as he picked up some stray petals on the ground which was a bit hidden by grass.
Holding them gently, he looked for the injured flowers and touched them lightly. A soft hue was visible as it regrew.
Once he was finished, the Celestial noticed the shadow looming over him and raised his head. His eyes widened slightly in surprise when his gaze met Zhou Jian's phoenix purple eyes.
His short back hair was a bit messy and his muscle faintly visible from under his black uniform. His lips were tilted up in a smile as he looked at Wang Tao.
"A Jian."
The Zion stooped down next to his friend and glanced at him curiously.
"The flowers were damaged so I was fixing them."
Zhou Jian frowned at that but simply nodded. He wondered a bit how that was possible as they'd been fine yesterday. He had a hunch but he ignored it in favor of asking his friend something.
"When are you going to name them?"
"Huh…I don't know."
"How about now?"
"I guess?"
The two thought carefully for a moment before Wang Tao proposed to call them Crimson Necros. His friend nodded in approval and so the flowers were finally named.
At that moment, Zhou Jian remembered that he had to go. Seeing the disappointment on the other's face, he smiled lightly.
"Do you want to come?"
"Can I?"
"Mm-hm."
"Then yes.
Wang Tao sprung up, finding it hard to control his excitement. The older man chuckled and rubbed the other's hair a bit. After the Celestial was ready, the two boarded the hover car and headed towards their destination.
Once they arrived, Zhou Jian led his friend inside their headquarters, Wang Tao curiously looked around, observing the soldiers and engineers working. He paid special attention when they passed by the mechas, towering above them.
His eyes widened in awe as he stared at a particular one. Zhou Jian had led him away from the other's to a special spot where this lone one stood. It was black with a bit of purple lining and he immediately knew it was the Zion's.
Zhou Jian smiled proudly as he noticed the other's stunned expression. An idea arose and he asked the other if he wanted a ride.
His eyes softened as he watched the little cat bob his head. Zhou Jian told Wang Tao to follow him and jumped up to the mecha's entrance, his friend following behind.
Entering, the Celestial curiously looked around at all the controls. The two spent about two hours there as Zhou Jian explained and Wang Tao tried things out.
Afterwards, the older man took his friend for a ride outside the planet into space. The two zipped past the colorful planets and shining stars as they flew through the Star Galaxy Union's domain.
Wang Tao stared out of the mecha, observing the view surrounding them.
"Do you want to become a soldier? You could get a Mecha and come out here again."
Snapping out of his daze, Wang Tao glanced at the man with bemusement.
"I mean, you can't come out here without one so..."
The two foreign beings wouldn't need a Mecha to fly on space but the humans of this era would. With the Star systems surveying the area, if they were caught it would be complicated.
Silver eyes narrowed, eying his friend suspiciously.
"Are you trying to get me to work?"
"What? No way...I was just suggesting."
Zhou Jian's eyes shifted, a nervous smile on his face. Wang Tao couldn't help but laugh watching his friend.
"Maybe another time, I'm tired."
"Yeah right, like if that could ever happen."
Wang Tao ignored the eye roll.
"So what did you do while you were away?"
"Nothing much, cleaned up a few worlds, put things in order, got some advice."
Purple eyes turned towards him.
"Got some advice?"
"Mm."
"Was it helpful?"
"Kinda."
"Who did you ask?"
Seeing that his friend didn't want to answer, Zhou Jian sighed.
"Perhaps you want to tell me? Maybe I could help."
Wang Tao looked down with a slight frown before shaking his head.
Discomfort rose in the older man but he remained silent, understanding that he shouldn't push further.
"So what do you think of this world?"
"The ABO concept is interesting."
"Do you like it?"
Wang Tao shrugged.
"...Can male Omega's really get pregnant?"
"Mm-hmm."
"So do they get periods as well?"
"Pff, no periods for any omega. They have heats instead. It should be monthly but it can be irregular too."
"What's a heat like?"
"Umm, it's like a sudden unslaught that makes them heat up really fast and get aroused easily. It's pretty uncomfortable. There's also the fact that their phermones go out of control."
The Celestial Emperor frowned.
"Don't sub genders react to phermones?"
"Exactly, so they attract a lot of alphas, sometimes even betas. That's why they normally take surpressants or isolate themselves. But their phermones can be surpressed if they've been marked. That way only the one they've bonded with can smell it."
"Ah..."
Wang Tao leaned back.
[ ABO isn't as nice as it sounds. ]
"So did you mark Chen Xiang?"
"...Of course. It would be weird if I didn't."
Wang Tao didn't say anything else, his eyes already back outside before his friend even answered.
[ If Chen Xiang is an omega...could he get pregnant? ]
The Celestial secretly clenched his fist.
